BOYS 'FILM RAPE OF GIRL' Three 14-year-old boys have been accused of raping an 11-year-old girl and filming it on a mobile phone. Detectives are investigating claims that video clips of the sex assault were then sent to the handsets of other youngsters. The "happy slapping" phenomenon, in which thugs use mobiles to film random attacks, has been reported across the country in recent weeks. The girl is a pupil at a comprehensive secondary school in London, which is not being named to protect her identity. She told police that she was attacked at a house, where she was socialising with a group of boys, after school on April 25. Police believe one of the group filmed what was happening and sent it to at least one other phone a short time later. Teachers at the school discovered that the footage was being passed round after it had already been seen by dozens of pupils. Four days after the alleged attack the three boys were arrested. Two are suspected of having intercourse with the girl and the third is suspected of having done the filming. They have all been bailed until July 12. "They commited the crime because of their phones" "The man that got shot because he had a chair leg died because the police were racist" "Shootings in greater London have more and more frequent because of airsoft" Its a crime, society causes them. Not inanimate objects. Having said that, i hope those sick bastards (b@astards literaly i bet) burn. But they won't because they are my age. Obviously we shouldn't execute people for minor offences, but we can't use prisons for everything, as they're becoming overcrowded. The solution is, for relatively minor crimes, to simply give the perpetrator a nice firm beating and send him on his way. Similarly, a way to reduce reoffending in gun crimes by almost 100% is to remove the offender's index finger. In the case of rape, well, take a wild guess. Excessively harsh, you say?
