Silly Moto Guzzi have a really awkward indicator mounting system where, rather than the wiring coming through the thread, they have an in built base plate. The bracket is too deep to allow the thread to go through far enough! The attached awfully drawn pic is what I am having to do to fit the aftermarket indicators! Link to post Share on other sites

shmook Posted November 20, 2013 Report Share Posted November 20, 2013 You would be surprised how well galv holds up. We make ducting from it, and it lasts years and years outside. We even fit it down a salt mine in Cheshire, and it lasts forever there too! Anyway, will sort some Ali out if there is any! Also, I've doubled up and am sending 8, in case you want to increase thickness, or for the inevitable drilling mistake where the bit snags, twists the metal beyond repair, while spinning it at high rpm through a good portion of your hand...
