I've done a bit of research into the KWA PTS ERG and reviews tends to sing its praises, but for redwolf noting the recoil effect goes 'side to side' for some reason. (Can't seem to find UK stock though? - probably not looking hard enough). I'm after a CQB magpul m4 to switch from GBBs and obviously the recoil would be a nice effect, but no point switching to "strange" recoil if it is such a thing, and I would happily go down to a standard AEG. My other option, for broadly the same price (give or take £30-40) is the Magpulled up G&P M4s you can widely get. I can't seem to find a review thread specifically for them though, unless any generic G&P m4 review would suffice? Not sure on what variance in internals there are. For the money, which of these two would you say were 'better' in their bone stock forms? In terms of finish lasting, range, sturdy construction, reliability... I probably wouldn't upgrade internally for at least a little bit. Philbucknall Posted January 12, 2014 Report Share Posted January 12, 2014 I have an ERG and there is nothing side to side about the recoil. It is great and that's from a GBBR ex users point of view . I have a lot of standard AEG's but if they made a few more variants of the ERG platform I'd sell them all and move over to that wholeheartedly. Link to post Share on other sites

Give them a ring, they seem quite resourceful! No they can not get it, the few they had including one they had already sold had to be collected up and quarantined. No retailer can legally sell these in the UK till they have been ROHS Tested. Personal import is the only way at the moment. Link to post Share on other sites
