Low riding for serpa holsters?

Since my chest rigs+pouches, even fully up, ride a bit low to draw the sidearm confortably, im in need of a way to put the holster a bit lower than the first line without the added bulk of a leg holster, something like this

Is there any Serpa atachment similar to this? thanks ;)

Blackhawk! have their own low riding platform, designed to be used while wearing a jacket for example.

I personally use a Blackhawk! thigh panel for my SERPA and I really rate it the one time I've used it so far. There's little movement thanks to the two thigh straps and two belt straps, it can also be released from the leg quickly. I know you asked for a low riding option but perhaps give the platform a shot? I was massively impressed.
