Desolation mkII
Okay guys, I'm off abroad and away from an internet connection for a while and I want to build an extensive and varied playlist. So basically what I want from you guys, is your two favouraye pieces of music EVER. I did this before I went to Kurdistan and was entertained with the results for the month I was there, so I'm hoping for big things this time. Doesn't matter what genre, anything will be considered. Much love Dessy
Desolation mkII
If I didn't mention, I was thrilled with the utterly random playlist generated last time. This time I'm off nowhere near as exiting. Just Tunisia.
Habakure
For a bit of mellow try 'Words are dead' by Agnes Obel. Bit of rock has to be 'Iron Man' by Black Sabbath.
scorch
Machinae Supremacy - Oki Kumas Adventure Video game inspired band, this track has a flute solo. Win. Rob Dougan - Speed Me Towards Death Most people only know the track "Clubbed To Death" from The Matrix soundtrack, though the rest of his "Furious Angels" album is also fantastic, particularly if you listen to the whole thing in order. You'll have probably heard some of it if you watch Top Gear.
Skarclaw
Pretty hard to pick two favourite bits of music but for driving in Tunisia this is worth a go (it worked in Morocco) And for something more relaxing, some mellow instrumental folk: Penguin Cafe Orchestra:

DrAlexanderTobacco
Lady Labyrinth is one of my favourites. Starts out slow and fairly ambient, but really picks up around 3:20. Normally I'm listening to it at 4:20, and, yeaaaaah.
Tw1tch
Two pieces is definitely difficult. Gortoz a Ran by Hans Zimmer, an amazingly evocative song. www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZfKA4b5SFq4
DrAlexanderTobacco
And for something more relaxing, some mellow instrumental folk: Penguin Cafe Orchestra: I have to say, PCO are absolutely one of the bands to pick for when you're stuck on a desert island.
