Lowprofile Posted August 27, 2014 Report Share Posted August 27, 2014 Has anybody tried to install sights like this, or at least sights that required some cutting, to a nickel plated gun. renegadecow Posted August 27, 2014 Report Share Posted August 27, 2014 I've fitted them on a black gun. The rear Bomar will cover up the bare cuts fine, but there will be a gap on either side of the front sights dovetail revealing the unfinished surface. Link to post Share on other sites
FireKnife Posted August 27, 2014 Report Share Posted August 27, 2014 It would require a fair bit of work and it might be easier to get hold of a metal slide that is already cut and translpant the guts into it. You would need a very steady hand and even more specific tools to get it spot in, possibly cracking or ruining the plastic slide in the procss. 'FireKnife' Link to post Share on other sites
