So i am wondering what plate carrier i should go with? and what pouches? theres so many plate carriers out there so difficoult to chose.

I am thinking about a PC that can run with 7 m4 mags, 2 pistol mags, and the basic stuff i need for a plate carrier liker drop pouch. And i need Padded Molle Waist Belt for pistol, 1 m4 mag and 2 pistol mag pouches.

If you were planning on using a variety of weapons I'd say get something custom so you can have modular front panels.  But if you're just sticking with AR mags, then of all the different PCs and pouches I've tried this lot would be my initial recommendations:

PC - http://www.first-spear.com/product.php?productid=17615&cat=272&page=1

With this on the front - http://www.first-spear.com/product.php?productid=17669&cat=259&page=2

And then stack one of these on top - https://www.blueforcegear.com/ten-speed-triple-m4-mag-pouch

Padded belt (pick an inner belt of your choosing) - http://www.first-spear.com/product.php?productid=17632&cat=274&page=1

Then if you're using normal military issued metal style AR mags (not PMAGs) put one of these on your hip - http://www.first-spear.com/product.php?productid=17598&cat=259&page=2

If not go with an HSGI TACO or Emdom IAP.

Again if you're just sticking to one type of pistol go with this - http://www.first-spear.com/product.php?productid=17623&cat=260&page=1

If you want to switch between Glock, 1911, Sig 226 etc then either get HSGI pistol TACOs or a Blue Force Gear TenSpeed double pistol pouch.

I don't run as many rifle mags on my PC but otherwise my standardised loadout that I use every game is the same as you've listed there and this is the stuff I've found that works best so far.

Ok.. well maybe don't write such a vague OP then?  You can't expect people to just magically know these things, especially if you then say you've got an "unlimited budget".

However you can still easily get a real PC (or at least equivalent in build quality) and pouches for $500.  Can't say I know anything about the gear shops in Norway but I'd say a package like this is very hard to beat in terms of value for money:

UK Tac carry some well designed padded PALS belts as well as a whole gamut of other pouches in multicam to finish the loadout.

If dollar means US dollar, you can have quite a choice of different real deal PCs, personally I would pick Crye JPC with matching Radio Pouches and Small Side Plate Pouches, all mounted INSIDE the cummerbund. The JPC has built in triple AR mag pouches in the belly, you can just add hydration carrier and GP pouches of your choice to be "full".

At this point you can still have like 100 USD left in your budget, treat yourself with a quality belt ( plus holsters, pistol mag/dump pouches, etc. ) and complete the set.

Edit:

If you go for FS Strandhögg, choose SAPI version as most airsoft dummy plates are in SAPI cut.

By the way, I have both, got JPC first and saw a Strandhögg in crazy low price, because I just couldn't resist :P.

They're both great PCs.

Not everyone (by a long shot) wears fake plates and the MBAV cut moves the shoulder strap Tube higher out of the way of your rifle stock.

Probably not relevant in this case unless one comes up cheap second hand, but there are positives and negatives to both cuts.

Didn't think of that :o , self made foam plates still work though.
