ARMY R49, R50 etc...?!?!

Hi at all,

 

i'm planning to buy a Army Next Gen as a spare-rifle for my TM 416...now there are different types (r49, r50, r51, with/without recoil, etc...) and i don't know what i will get...

Could someone please tell me the differences and do they all have the bolt-stop-function??

The first Army EBB guns are all Marui clones so yes, if it says EBB you'll get the recoil and there's a working bolt stop. However, the finish is not to TM standards and you get what you pay for re: reliability although there are now plenty of upgrade and replacement parts now available.

 

If you want a recoil, EBB with a working bolt lock, the new KWA guns are fantastic. I've shot these and the TM rifles and the KWA wins easily - much stronger recoil, very good build quality and cheaper, reliable magazines.
