mr.whathesays Posted November 10, 2014 Report Share Posted November 10, 2014 Hi at all, i'm planning to buy a Army Next Gen as a spare-rifle for my TM 416...now there are different types (r49, r50, r51, with/without recoil, etc...) and i don't know what i will get... Could someone please tell me the differences and do they all have the bolt-stop-function?? harborne blue Posted November 10, 2014 Report Share Posted November 10, 2014 The first Army EBB guns are all Marui clones so yes, if it says EBB you'll get the recoil and there's a working bolt stop. However, the finish is not to TM standards and you get what you pay for re: reliability although there are now plenty of upgrade and replacement parts now available. If you want a recoil, EBB with a working bolt lock, the new KWA guns are fantastic. I've shot these and the TM rifles and the KWA wins easily - much stronger recoil, very good build quality and cheaper, reliable magazines. Link to post Share on other sites
