Good workouts for those with long term injuries?

Nobody thought of a physiotherapist? It's their job to guide you through recovery and give longtherm advice. I can ask my other half for some exercises? Also, try and avoid sugar. Its hard, i know, but worth it.

On a long waiting list.

Not great to he honest. Work's being good with not throwing me out onto the floor to reduce the amount of stress I put on it but still do miles and miles a day.

 

And no-one's let me down. Except maybe the government hah.

 

Stairs in particular are a pain in the *albartroth*. Still need another appointment with my GP to talk about a cortisol injection to try and help the pain.

 

But the moving place looks like its getting closer, meaning it'll be easier to create a healthy diet plan.
