scorch
Good call. The salt in my tears would put me over my sodium for the day too.
Lone_Bullet
Nobody thought of a physiotherapist? It's their job to guide you through recovery and give longtherm advice. I can ask my other half for some exercises? Also, try and avoid sugar. Its hard, i know, but worth it.
amateurstuntman
Good call. The salt in my tears would put me over my sodium for the day too. True. I have to avoid looking in the mirror, it puts me over my saturated fat consumption for the day.

Lone_Bullet
Huh. There's something wrong if you're on a waiting list. Help shouldn't wait. Well, my offer still stands: my fiancé is a physiotherapist so I could easily ask her. She has linked ' strangers' to exercise movies before. Shall I?
Tw1tch
Unfortunately that's the wonderful way the NHS works. Knew I should've signed onto my works healthcare plan for £1 per week. If you would ask her though that'd be awesome.
Lone_Bullet
Will do tomorrow, got the nightshift so cant ask now.

Lone_Bullet
Gods, I've quite forgotten about it. So yes, I asked. Um... She won't answer that question without examining you. She's being quite professional about it, since she is responsible like that. Sorry man, I kind of let you down. But how are you these days?
Tw1tch
Not great to he honest. Work's being good with not throwing me out onto the floor to reduce the amount of stress I put on it but still do miles and miles a day. And no-one's let me down. Except maybe the government hah. Stairs in particular are a pain in the *albartroth*. Still need another appointment with my GP to talk about a cortisol injection to try and help the pain. But the moving place looks like its getting closer, meaning it'll be easier to create a healthy diet plan.
