aac
I have these mounts already for a while, but i still wanted to show them anyway. Think there wortht it. First the La Rue M68 CCO (Close Combat Optic) The original mount is made by the Texan La RueTactical , from respectively Mark La Rue This for the Comp M2, and Comp M3 dotsights from AimPoint, aka the M68 scope of the US Army, and US Air Force. There is an older, and a newer version, de older is the "straight" one, and the newer is the "angled" one This last, angled one makes more space for a magnifier. De original La Rue mount costs a $178 , but there is this nice alernative from ELEMENT wich only cost a $ 20 Interesting for those who want to build an authentique replica. In fact there's not much to say about it, besides that it's a very exact replica ! Just like the original version, its made with a -perfect fitting- cantilever QD system. The scope itself also fits perfect. Very eye catching, are the original La Rue markings. I should like to say; take a look at the pic's and judge for yourselves And onto my CQBR the second one is the iconic WILCOX Comp-M mount This one is designed by the American WILCOX , a bit of custom gunsmitthers for the USSOCOM. For the initial Mk18 mod 0 and almost a must for those who want to build a "real" Mk 18 mod 0 The original WILCOX Mk 18 mount again cost a $130 , but there is this more than decent ELEMENT replica for less than €13 Comes in a rigid plastic bag, looks like the original, with very nice markings I would like to say search the differences
