Plus. Air conditioning I hope.

Only reason I signed up today.

Edit, tink, if you're blowing out of your *albartroth* for half the session, it's still enough exercise.

I hate running. How about a bike?

bikes are too easy for me, I think. don't know why, maybe it's just because my legs are used to carting around all 20+ stone of me but for a while I did a good 30 minutes each night and it didn't seem to do much.

I started the C25K thing a few years back and noticed significant results, but for various reasons (weather, injury, time) stopped.

Running is *suitcase*.

I have a bike that will fit a Brobdingnagian if you want.

If you are finding it too easy I can advise you of ways to alter your training sessions so that you never again feel that way at all ever.

It is possible to get a decent workout into 30 minutes on a bike but easier at the 40 minutes to an hour mark.

Example:

Cadence drills.

10 minute warm up, get HR to 75% and keep it there.

Increase cadence to 90 for 3 minutes.

Then 3 minutes each at 100, 95, 105, 100.

5 minute cool down, do not let your cadence drop below 80 but reduce effort to reduce heart rate.

During the 5 minutes you can think about how much you hate me.

Hill reps.

10 minute warm up, get HR up to 75% whilst cycling to a hill.

Hill reps for 15 minutes or until dead.

5 minute cool down, cycling home (or literally cooling since you are dead).

Also time for hating me on that one.
