renegadecow
If anything should break, it's probably just gonna be the right side of the chamber. $18.49 at KYA. http://www.kyairsoft.com/shop/product/we-t-a-2015-gbbr-part-84-39245?search=2015+%2384 Or just copy the stop into nylon and not have to break anything. bankz5152
That is good to know!! On my phone, my spelling will suck
bankz5152
Had my P90 out yesterday, ran perfectly for the morning though come the afternoon it was having hop/gas issues. Not had a chance to have a proper look at it yet though... Basically I went to shoot someone and the range had dropped to around 10ft felt like there was no power behind the shots. Tweaked the hop no change. Changed mags and all seemed fine, though the issue cropped up again about 20 rounds later.
renegadecow
Did you use anything silicone based to seal the mags?
mechakon
I had the exact issue on my P90. I resolved the problem by doing two things: 1. Rocket valve gets stuck inside the return Spring - sand down the circumference of the rocket valve so it'll move freely inside the spring. OR get a new rocket valve that's compatible with WE systems. 2. Increase hammer Spring strength / preload by stretching the spring by 1cm.
blobface
Is the recoil still as sharp on the "weak" shots? It may be the case of bb's being pushed passed the hop because the bb retainer spring is not strong enough in the hop unit and is leaking out the front.
bankz5152
I did use silicone oil to seal the mags though filled and vented several times to avoid the oil getting in the gun. Also fired each mag, no issues. I'll check the retainer spring and the rocket valve tonight/tomorrow.
renegadecow
Oil's fine. Was thinking along the lines of gasket maker, particularly the red one which I've seen clogging up a valve often enough.
bankz5152
Did use some PTFE on a couple seals but don't think thats the issue
bankz5152
Floating valve, nozzle and TMH are all fine. Hop rubber does feel very soft so ive removed it for the time being. Hop adjustment has zero effect. Going to strip my MP5 tomorrow take the rubber from that and test it. On my phone, my spelling will suck
bankz5152
Looks like it was down to the rubber been too soft. Think it was a maple leaf 65, am I right in thinking a 75 is harder? On my phone, my spelling will suck
renegadecow
Higher = harder
Vasriotaep
Yes it's harder, but it mainly depends of the power of your P90. On mine, 330fps@0.20 so 75° is too hard. I just change the stock rubber by a Modify, I will see if it's better but the internal of the rubber is not the same, doesn't fit à 100%
Vasriotaep
And, what had to happen finally happened. Thank you WE!! So what about now, change everything or just this part... I think someone have asked the question already before, I will take a look...
Vasriotaep
Damned don't find the edit button, this little plastic part fall down also, turn the gun upside down, can't find form where, an idea?
renegadecow
If you don't use it often enough you can get by with just a replacement, something like $8 at KYAirsoft.
Vasriotaep
Yes it's a solution too, any idea for this little plastic part??
renegadecow
Can't tell just from looking at it alone. Will have to see the gun for myself to find out where it broke out from and if it really is part of the gun.
rusTORK
This P90 is so problematic! I fixed magazine leak by raplacing almost all o-rungs in output valve and on screws, but now it's start to double feed...
Vasriotaep
Yep, known problem, search on this thread there are some messages about this problem.
renegadecow
Double feeding is usually caused by the forward nub in the hop chamber getting stuck.
bankz5152
Same my mags have been a nightmare. I have replaced ALL the orings I can with nitrile ones and a little PTFE which has stopped all the main leaks, however the output valve is still leaking on some of them. Solved this a little by wrapping the tiny oring in PTFE, still leaks but its a tiny leak now not a full blown one. My main issue at the minute has been the hop. Swapped the rubber round and its still dropping at around 140ft, put the same rubber into my MP5 which is getting 180ft+. Rather annoying...
mechakon
P90 woes again! It just never ends.... I'm getting intermittent weak shots every now and then, and I really can't pinpoint what it may be. The symptom of my problem is as follows: 1) weak blowback2) slow rate of fire3) low muzzle velocity *this can also happen with or without bbs loaded. that is to say that it happens even when dry firing* I already replaced it with a new o-ring for the perfect air seal, and even strengthened the hammer string for more gas! Also, the hop rubber was recently changed out for a TM one. One thing I did observe though is it happens when the gun is tilted up or down around 30 degrees. Anyone have any ideas what it may be? Thanks
renegadecow
Liquid propellant choking the reservoir/expansion chamber? Try removing the mag and fire off what's left in the internal tank then reload and fire.
rusTORK
Finally, i am founded time and created topic for my P90 AEG Metal Receiver Adapter.
