hitmanNo2
I really can't see armourers pissing about with GBBRs. I'm sure they are used occasionally I suppose but they can't be ideal on a set. Fair enough for pistols, they seem quite common and are less finicky.
Wingman
I saw a non-blowback pistol being used by the female police officer in "Sharktopus vs Whalewolf" last night on Sci-Fy channel (these movies are just so bad that they are fun to watch-lol). At least the hammer moved when she pulled the trigger. Couldnt get a clear enough view of what pistol it was supposed to be however. Sharknado 5 on tonight and they usually have all sorts of airsoft and rubber guns in those as well.

hitmanNo2
I had to Google that to check you weren't screwing with us. SyFy though so anything is possible ha.
ED-SKaR
It's so good a film it doesn't even have an IMFDB page.
Danke
Series: Loaded, episode: Watto's Mum. Starts out with Barra Barra playing in the background and a re-enactment of the hunt for Bin Laden. Looks like a AKSU-74 and a 416.
Colin_The+Ferret
I think Luke Skywalkers Lightsaber in The Last Jedi has an M14 front sight.
CALLAHAN_88
I saw several rebuilt g36 in that movie also! But a bit disipointed of the movie.
Mike_West
Yeah, there was a modded G36 in TFA already. And Glocks with RONI kits in white.
Guges Mk3
The "armorer" for SYFY bought 6 pallets of old Cybergun/Spartan Imports Airsoft guns back 2.5 years ago from Palco. They continue to source in Airsoft for their unique requirements.
mrsevenstars
I think the most airsoft guns ive seen in a long time was in the series Dark Matter, inner barrels visible and all. Lol.
Guges Mk3
That is the particle pistols exo-barrel. Its much smaller than the outer barrel sheath.
mrsevenstars
Lol, I forget if they even had mags in it or if that was another show. Cant recall, maybe im thinking of the expanse that were magless
Mike_West
I think the most airsoft guns ive seen in a long time was in the series Dark Matter, inner barrels visible and all. Lol. I doubt it, they greebled the *suitcase* out of the guns they had there, IIRC the exceptions were Three's wall decor, some of the UARs and a Tavor. Same goes for The Expanse, I'd notice any ridiculous screw-ups.
Guges Mk3
There was a "blaster" fight on the Raza, Mikkei's - Trauffet was dual wielding CYB KWC Pistols with rails and when she point the barrels to the ceiling, you can see the CO2 mag in it.

Might have been Killjoys, but even there they tinkered with Tavor mags to make them look like futuristic batteries. There was a "blaster" fight on the Raza, Mikkei's - Trauffet was dual wielding CYB KWC Pistols with rails and when she point the barrels to the ceiling, you can see the CO2 mag in it. Yeah, they greebled up mostly the front parts of pistols, and that if they didn't just use models with compensators and stuff.
Colin_The+Ferret
It seems Elon Musk is using airsoft guns as the base for flamethrower. https://www.google.co.uk/amp/s/techcrunch.com/2018/01/29/elon-musks-flamethrower-has-already-made-well-over-3-5-million/amp/
Cannonfodder80
What's the odds someone is already making an airsoft version where its hpa and so the tank and line are functional? Edited January 29, 2018 by Cannonfodder80

NonEx
Jason Statham in "Mechanic: Resurrection" http://www.imdb.com/title/tt3522806/ Looks a lot like a blue blow back nozzle in a KJW M9 GBB pistol Enhanced Edited March 25, 2018 by NonEx
hitmanNo2
Yup. KJW. I just watched The Villainess and it's pretty much all airsoft but the effects are well done. Spotted the telltale blue nozzle in a few scenes too. Odd these film's armourers don't fit that little piece into the slide to give the M92s realistic slide lock travel like you can do with the KSCs, unless you can't do that with the KJWs of course. Katotaka
most if not all firearms in Den of Thieves SCAR used by the Spartan King has some square-ish contours, probably some early days AEG the robber guy opened up the SAW and a gearbox in there
Guges Mk3
The KSC are the most "realistic" Airsoft M9 on the market. Until the TM M9A1 came out...that was your only option for "realism".
