heroshark
Hi all . I recently picked up another Tanaka revolver and when I get them now I pretty much religiously de-restrict them to up the fps. This time I decided to do a high quality, well scripted video presentation of the process using my finest tools for this precision modification. I hope that someone may find it useful. Cheers. https://youtu.be/H6_dzx3J-0w
renegadecow
Almost made me jump out of my seat when you took a ruler to the indexing notch of the inner cylinder and tried to torque it.

Ha yeah, should have really remembered that isn't the bit that unscrews.
renegadecow
Just did Calbur20's M19. The output valve hole didn't look any smaller than the one on my old M500 but turned out being around half a millimeter smaller resulting with it shooting at 290fps (hammer spring at full tension) with a 4" barrel on green gas. Used a 3.89mm drill bit to bore it out and replaced the o-ring with a size #003 in 90 durometer and now it's doing 361fps, possibly more since my gas can is near empty.
