totw15
Hello, My friends have invited me to play'Fortress'. I am excited. I'm not an experienced airsoft player, and fortress is completely new for me. This time I bought a rifle, ICS airsoft gun, M4 Commando. It feels good. Last time, I rented the some other gun, I don't remember. It was first time and didn't get good grip. Now, I think that problem is solved. Before the game, I would like to learn some tactics and tips for playing fortress. I would greatly appreciate some advice.
Hardcore1-6
So what you're after is tips on an attack and defend game style? If that's the case have a browse of youtube and search 'CQB Tactics' or 'CQM stances' - there should be enough material there to teach you a few things. Most of it is not profiling yourself in windows, doors or killing areas; being more aggressive than you would be 300m+ from the enemy and ROC drills for days.*Airsoft isn't quite like real steel shooting, but short range engagement in airsoft negates the lack of range that you'd experience.*Rehearsal of concept
ardrummer292
My advice is to just follow your fellow players and do what they do. If you spot any that seem especially competent, ask them some questions after the game is over.
