AG1212
I have an old TM G17, pretty much stock, and I can barely get through one mag of bbs before out of gas. I've checked the O rings on the pistol head, nozzle seems OK. Mags are not the problem. Anyone any ideas?
ED-SKaR
A few options to get you started: Might be damaged, check for cracks or wear throughout the BBU and slide rails. sometimes the mag can sit a little low, push up on the magazine and shoot as much as you can. If this fixes the problem, get yourself a metal magazine catch. Clean it. Strip the slide and BBU to component pieces, wash with washing up liquid and water, MAKE SURE THEY DRY FULLY, then re-oil. renegadecow
If it's old, my guess is worn mag catch. The new ones have a metal insert like the G18C I believe.

AG1212
Well there was some up and down play in the mag, pushed it up to see if it made a difference...aaand the nozzle snapped where it feeds the bbs into the hop xD
AG1212
If anyone is interested, the piston head was slightly off-axis, I filed and shimmed it and the efficiency is MUCH better, can't quite get 2 mags of BBs but that's OK. Just a tip in case anyone has similar issues.
