Mikhailthejackal
Can anyone recommend a good GBB service/repair specialist within the uk?Got a WE 416, fine for the most part but splutters a bit on full auto and could do with a overall service, same for my KJW 226, just doesn't seem to have the same output as it used to, did try to replace parts myself but made marginal improvement. Normally I would go with Z one for repairs but would rather go for someone with a bit more knowledge on GBB units.
Lone_Bullet
Got the same with kjw. ( meu) I think it's because of wear of the very soft pot metal. Try a complete degrease and regrease/oil, replace every oring. Thats more preventive care but it does your gun good. As for shops. Dunno really.. LaZouche custom works? Dimitri MdP
If it's any help... just lube the oring between the nozzle and the bolt carrier with some silicone oil, or replace it if needed. In the 416 it's part number
icolater
DIY it, that way eventually (after ten years or so) of messing with guns, you can fix just about anything gas blowback peh peh related. Their is a lot of clever dude here with experiance do ask here for advise. That's what arnies is best for IMO
DarkLite
If you really need a hand, and don't mind shipping things to Edinburgh, I can lend a hand. I have loads of experience with WE M4 GBBs and the KJW P226.
Mikhailthejackal
Done some tweaks and replaced a few bits back to stock with my sig, seems to have improved slightly, will run them at the next game and see how they go. If they still feel a bit off ill probably take up your offer darklite.
