Beeingmyself
Hello ch/airsofters I never liked the standard AR15 pistol grip due to its angle. I know it will never be able to have something like the VFC HK416 in the newer v2.2 gearbox But what is actually the most vertical pistol grip I can mount on the PTW. I don't mind dremling a bit but I have limited access to tools and such Most importantly is that what ever I end up with it have to be able to take a punch so solutions where the plastic have to be filed very thin is not an option. Horsem4n
You can possibly make a BCM gunfighter grip work with enough modding. I'm not sure if Dytac changed the grip angle at all, but they did make a line that works on regular AEGs where the motor height is adjust from the rear of the baseplate like VFC 416s. Now, since the motor goes all the way to the bottom of the grip on PTWs, you may end up having a tiny bit of motor sticking out the rear base of the grip. If you can remove enough material to get it to fit over the motor and mate with the receiver, then you just have to make a base plate to screw to the end of the motor to keep the grip from sliding back off. abbadon101
I don't think you will be able to change the angle of the grip at all. The PTW motor is pinned into the lower at a very specific angle, and then the grip slides up the whole motor and it fixed in with the base plate.
