This^. Though it is pretty hard to explain to a drunk, that because they are drunk, in a bar, they can no longer be served.

 

Also, it's still a hung parliament yes?

As long as no political party in the commons has a majority on its own, it is a hung parliament. So even once the DUP deal is finalised it will still be a hung parliament.

From 2010 to 2015 we had a hung parliament which shows in modern times they can be stable. If you hark back to the last century though they only lasted a year or so.
