modern combat shirts/jackets with cap

I noticed quite a bit of Russian camouflage oversuits, jackets and such have a very lightweight hood.
Sometimes well vented with the area around the ears made from mesh. It used to camouflage the head further rather than protect you from the elements since it's not really wind and waterproof.

Now I'm wondering if yo guys noticed these things in a western camouflage pattern or an alternative made by a westen manufacturer?
I'm looking for Ranger Green, RAL7016, Flecktarn or Pencott Greenzone.

Thanks :)

[Edit, because I mixed up hoods and caps. oops ]

Claw Gear do a hood for their combat shirt (might have to contact them to get one), obviously they have the camo options you want as well.  It's made of solid NYCO, but an easy enough modification for a custom gear tailor to cut in some mesh.

Only 'western' manufacturer of a high quality I've seen to offer that option, it's not common.
