Wingmann
For 2018, a GBBR of a modern AR15. Interesting grip angle.
Katotaka
Very interesting rifle, as a race gun person I like this a lot M-Lok handguard, obviously one piece aluminum barrel Full ambi lower (selector, mag catch, bolt release) Ambi charging handle (sort of, just the latch accessible from both sides) more upright grip angle like magpul K2 the stock is brilliant, reversible lower part, so user can choose concave or plain slanted pad but the huge hole on top is confusing no mention of cerakote finish
Wingmann
The hole in the stock has to be a QD sling attachment point.
renegadecow
I think he means the hole on top which looks like it exposes the receiver extension.
icolater
It's a bit wired looking TBH and ugly, very ugly.
Bastel
i want the 20rd magazine. now!
TheFull9
Was wondering how long it'd be before a civvie-build looking AR came along. Not sure why they ignore trademark law when it comes to all their gun markings then go out of their way to manufacture some (imho) mega fugly made up furniture like that. I know it's kind of the norm for AR AEGs now, but their military style rifles are far more authentic looking by comparison. I feel like anyone who is that much in to the US civilian shooting scene that they'll deliberately disadvantage themselves with a 16" barrel, isn't going to like this look/styling. Wingmann
I think he means the hole on top which looks like it exposes the receiver extension. What seems to be a rectangular window on top of the buffer tube? No idea then.
mrsevenstars
The 20 round mag is the most appealing part of this release. The receiver has uglier trades than the conventional MWS/block1/m4a1.

Dentonboy
The 20Rd mag be MWS compatible we think?!
DarkLite
Definitely looks like they're aiming at the three-gun market. Not fond of that grip or stock but the rest of it looks ok.
Katotaka
I feel like anyone who is that much in to the US civilian shooting scene that they'll deliberately disadvantage themselves with a 16" barrel, isn't going to like this look/styling. That's the spirit, and I actually did that on my SCAR-L race gun (in fact, slightly longer barrel/front end could be an advantage) in similar logic, making your gun blue (maybe also install blank firing adapter) and call them training weapon, it's more authentic then a full deck replica in some way lol
aznriptide859
At least the MTR logo kinda looks like the RTR Mustang logo lol.
The Disavowed
Could that square hole on the stock be a position indicator window perhaps?
Katotaka
Nope, doesn't seem useful at all.........? http://www.hyperdouraku.com/event/marui_fes4/index.html

hitmanNo2
Yeah, it's not an attractive looking gun. If they're targeting 3 gun/competition, they should have gone all out and made something cool like the below http://f-1firearms.com/special-edition-rifles/
Pdubyuh
hmmm Even for a fully fledged TM fanboy like myself that's a bit much, why you no GBB sr25 or even 417 ?

blobface
Could that square hole on the stock be a position indicator window perhaps? One does not need justification for speed holes, it improves the aerodynamics of your operation by reducing drag.
harris_21741
I think I have found the purpose of the hole on the stock, it's to ensure correct cheek placement. Because if you don't it traps your beard hairs and rips them out when you move your face🤬Sent from my SM-G950F using Tapatalk
