Dentonboy
Hi all, I bought an M92f SERPA holster on eBay; not a clone, a Blackhawk! made one, and the non-railed old model TM M92f doesn't fit well... ...The only way the locking mechanism will deploy is when the pistol is pushed further in, resulting in the slide getting pushed back about 1cm by something inside. Is this a common problem? Can it be rectified by filing one of the inner surfaces down? Any advice gladly received. Thanks
vietnammarine
As far as I know, it is. It’s because TM dimensionsI are off. I had the same with Safariland and fixed that with Heatgun. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
DrAlexanderTobacco
TM pistols tend to be ever so slightly larger than the real thing IIRC. I have the same problem with my glock/serpa combo. I get around it by essentially keeping my thumb straddling the frame/slide as I push it in, keeping the slide in battery. It's still a PITA to pull the glock out again though.
