AG1212
Credit: GBB Hungary "It is a big surprise, Modify will release a new shotgun. The MOD 930 will be a semi-automatic gas shotgun which will use few Marui parts, like gastank, shell. I haven't any information about this gun yet." Anyone have more info on this? ED-SKaR
Man, if I were still playing CQB twice a month I'd be all over this like anything. (On paper)this is what shotguns should be.
mrsevenstars
Semi-auto gas shottie, using the tm tank and shell? Welp that cancels it being a full maruzen m1100 internal clone. If it uses tm style tri barrel, im still interested.
Colin_The+Ferret
Why all the Remingtons? Where is the SPAS that can switch from pump to semi?
PureSilver
A gas semi-automatic non-shell-ejecting tri-shot that takes TM shells is near enough the perfect skirmish shotgun, IMO. Make it tri/hex-shot like the TMs and it will be nearly unbeatable. Make it a Benelli M4 Tactical (or even an M1014, with gas stored in the magazine tube) and they'll be so popular they'll probably get elected. On that note, I can't identify the model they're replicating. It looks like an 1100 but the ejection port is all wrong.
shmook
On that note, I can't identify the model they're replicating. It looks like an 1100 but the ejection port is all wrong. Trigger guard, barrel clamp and stippling on the stock say m1100, but like you said, ejection port seems off.
SpecialWeaponsAndPlastic
This is really something. Like a Maruzen M1100 Defender, but with Marui shells. If they just fix the ejection port and make the forend real-steel spec., it just might be the bee's knees.

Isamu
And here I was thinking about getting one of those golden eagle ones to hpa and upgrade... Now 1.- wait for release 2.- buy a ton of shells 3.- HPA to a scuba diving tank
Katotaka
Wild guess: imagine a huge GBB pistol, big nozzle with 3 outputs, an AEG-like feeding system (TM shells) and triple IB
blobface
I'm actually hoping for minimum to no recoil, the TM gas tanks don't hold that much as is and the capacity of the original gun wasn't that great, I'd be happy if they use just enough gas to cycle the semi-auto firing, but not into any felt recoil, because to have anywhere near enough that it feels good, the efficiency would be very poor, and any half way attempt would be so worthless that it might as well not be there to trade off for the skirmish efficiency. *either that or it's a double action trigger... :S
Cesare
My educated guess goes to that this is a replica of the Mossberg 930 tactical. But the receiver looks truly horrible : ( Like a Cyma or golden eagle at best. I have 2 1100’s but no revision been looking for one but they seem to be quite rare. I guess Japan is the place to find one...
Guges Mk3
It is supposed to be a Mossberg. Was at Modify plant 2.5 weeks ago and they were asking about "Mossberg Issues".

renegadecow
I imagine it's got the same NBB mechanism of the Walther SG9000?
k.a
If it is a Mossberg then the trigger guard and ejection port are still wrong : (
Cesare
If anything it looks a bit like a Remington m1100 in 410ga with an extremely short stroke more suited for perhaps 22LR To me this makes it little better than your average Chinese toy gun in the toy store. hitmanNo2
Yeah, that is a very peculiar design for the ejection port. Hopefully they have time to take a look at some proper ones and sort it.
Brigg
I kind of get the feeling that their idea of semi automatic is actually a manually actuated system with a really hard trigger pull. Not that I think it couldn't be properly semi auto or anything, it just seems more likely. As for the looks, it seems like they started with an m870, but tried to dress it up like a mossberg 930 without making a new receiver or trigger guard.
Atsalakotos
Somehow i feel that this is going to be a marui M870 internally with the action bars linked to the trigger pull (Double action). But if its not, then this is very very interesting even if the receiver and ejection port looks off. Also i am baffled with their choice of gun... They could go with a benelli that everyone and their mother wants one, AND it has a lot fatter and longer receiver which means more space to work out a mechanism to fit. Brigg
I think they're trying to use the least new parts as possible, at least in this stage of development. Hence why the receiver is quite clearly based on the mold of the Marui 870. The ejection port is machined differently, but that's an 870 shape from what I can tell.
Wingmann
It shouldn't be a problem to port that to an XM1014 format.

Cesare
Would you ever sell one of your 1100's? I might 2 is One too many... Let me get some pics and I might send you a pm? (Btw for the record a Remington 1100 Receiver is basically a 870 in semiauto) But I believe the template is probably a
ED-SKaR
If this is a double action like the sg9k then I take back everything I've said about this design.
