I went through all the forums and only found retailer review area and transaction issue area. none apply here. Basically, how does one get a response from these people? All of their facebook accounts; crickets. youtube, crickets. Emails, crickets. 3 weeks so far. Do they ignore on purpose or are they so full of themselves they refuse to talk to anyone? Reddit's only advise is to keep bombarding them until they respond. Well 3 weeks of my life is long enough. How do you folks manage with them? I need assistance Link to post Share on other sites

Managed to cancel and never looked at their website since. *suitcase* shop is what they are. Pretty sure I just emailed them. Or perhaps I did a PayPal dispute, it was many years ago now.
