The tailswitch is the really nice bolt on rail style, rather than the daft wee push button you tape on somewhere. ( included also ) No idea on power output, but produced a lovely dot literaly miles away in open country when viewed under NVG. I paid roughly 145 for the laser, and 45 for the rail switch.
