aac
1.0 Introduction This Ali-repro Task Force Belt Is once again, my latest asset that I would like to show you guys, its a replica of the Ronin Task Force Belt, which first needs some explanation, I partly copied the intro from my previous TMC Shuto review, as the story is largely identical.2.0 Ronin TacticsIs the company of the ex-soldier and veteran Tu Lam, a remarkable person who also deserves some attention.2.1 Tu LamBorn in Vietnam in 1974, and had to flee the Communist regime with his family in 1976, Tu Lam eventually ended up in the US, where his mother married a Green Beret. familiar with the life of the Special Forces, and this also became his life dream.Tu Lam joined the US Army at the age of 18, after various courses such as Ranger, Sniper, he was ready for SF qualification at the age of 20, after successful training he joined a C-SAR team (Combat Rescue), PJ (Para Rescue) and finally at CIF (Combatant Commanders In-extremis Force) Company, the SF's thug squad. With CIF he was eventually added to 1st SFOD (Delta) until the end of his career. After almost 23 active service, Tu Lam had enough, partly due to health problems and psychological war fatigue, Tu Lam decided to give his life a different turn, thanks to his spiritual attitude, and following the ancient Bushido code (Japanese way of life). of the warrior), Tu Lam recovered,Tu Lam associates himself with the Ronin (Samurai without a master who continues to live according to the Bushido code). It is no coincidence that this has also become the name of his company.2.2 Ronin Tactics Training & EventsProvides seminars, and training for Law Enforcement, and military personnel, consisting of Martial Arts and Tactical Shooting techniques, Tu Lam himself provides these training courses, based on his many years of own experience.2.3 Ronin Tactics R&DDevelops and produces equipment in collaboration with others, of which the Warrior Belts are perhaps the best known. The Story of Tu Lam Ronin Tactics YoutubeRonin Tactics official site3.0 War, Gun, Shooter, Gunfighter, Tactical Belt These are fairly recent concepts in Tactical Gear Land, and these names are quite randomly used for various types of Tactical Belts3.1 The Riggers BeltIs already a few years pretty common , and was in fact originated by Operators who requested the Parachute Riggers (repairers) to make a specific belt for them, to secure themselves during helicopter flights, the Riggers made these belts from what they had at their disposal, and baptized this, out of professional pride, as the Riggers Belt. Nowadays, several manufacturers are producing the Riggers Belt. One of the characteristic of the Riggers Belt is the Triangle Ring, intended for self-securing with a Retention Lanyard, and in an emergency the Rigger Belt can also function as rappel harness. 3.2 The Molle Belt Was the next item that became more popular, the idea is to distribute some of the Plate Carrier equipment on the hips in order to achieve a better weight distribution. 3.3 The Duty Belt Mainly used by Law Enforcement personnel, this is a wide, rigid belt for EDC gear, here we regularly see the concept of inner, and outer belt, inner, and outer belt are connected, with hook&loop so that the Duty Belt can easily be taken off while the inner belt remains in the belt loops.4.0 The Ronin Warrior Belts Combines several of these concepts& features. in the first place he's made out of an heavily reinforced rigid inner, and outer belt, that is connected by Velcro, just like a Duty Belt. The outside is equipped with Molle loops, but only across the width of the belt, in contrary to the wide Molle belts, The Ronin Belt is secured at the front with a so-called Cobra Bucle, with the Senshi Belt there is even a D-ring integrated, same as with a Riggers Belt, the Shuto Belt does not have this D-ring !4.1 The Senshi Belt Designed as a special edition for Team Ronin, the signature black molle loops symbolize the black belt, often the highest degree in martial arts. the Senshi only exists in 1 color combination.4.2 The Task Force Belt Is identical to the Senshi, and comes in multiple color patterns, except with the black molle loops, at the request of SOF units when they started using the Ronin belts both the Senshi and Task Force are equipped with an integrated D-ring, just like a Riggers Belt.4.3 The Shuto Belt Designed as a Shootersbelt, where the D-ring has been omitted, otherwise the Shuto is almost identical to the Task Force / Senshi.5.0 The Cobra Buckle The Cobra Buckle Is an item, we see nowadays appearing on all kinds of gear. It is a patented design made by the Austrian Austrialpin a renowned manufacturer of security equipment, and closures for mountaineering, parachute and military applications. Austrialpin also have a US based establishment (to comply with the Berry Amendment?) 6.0 The Ali Repro Task Force Belt Can be found here at GeGe Store for €23.70 (+ €7.70 shiping) This Ali Task Force belt is also available in 6 colors and 2 sizes: M (75-100CM) L (90-115CM) I myself chose the MC + MC, in my opinion the most tacticool version as this is also the color combination as made by Ronin at the request of Tier1 USSOF units, to replace the MC + BLK Senshi.6.3 Task Force Versions This Task Force Replica is made according to the most recent version! Take a look at the picture below.6.4 Inner & Outer belt. Just like the original Ronin Task Force, it consists of a reinforced inner and outer belt, the inner is 38 mm wide, and stiffened over the entire length, the Velcro closure at the front allows it to be perfectly adjusted to size, the outside is fully equipped with Velcro to keep the outer belt in position. With its 38mm width, the inner belt also fits in non-combat pants, in combat pants, with wide loops, however, it can experience some clearance here. The outerbelt is a 2 ”(50mm) belt, so that the holster and molle accessories are better attached, the outside is also provided with 15 Molle loops, which are quite tight, for the mounting of Molle accessories the belt can best bended inside out, we can also clearly see the carbon stiffener from here, instead of being hidden between the nylon !6.5 Cobra Buckle At the front we find the reproduction Cobra Buckle, 1 part of which is attached to the belt And the 2nd part is adjustable to perfectly adjust the length of the belt, by folding the remaining belt end in half, it can be secured by means of an elastic strap The removable buckle half is also necessary to attach a holster. The Buckle is not a real Austrialpin Cobra, but a good looking replica, it is equipped with a D-ring intended to secure yourself by means of a fall protection, or an emergency reminder, although with this replica I do not immediately get my life. would dare! When not in use, the D-ring is secured with a velcro strap. The material of the belt is quite stiff, and not smooth - as with the TMC, for example, this keeps the adjustable buckle in place The outer belt is fully doubled with the exception of the strap part which goes through the Cobra Buckle to adjust the belt length. As a result, there is a slack part in the front when you click the outer belt together and grip / use without the inner belt. Once the inner and outer have been "hooked" together, you can no longer notice this, and they really do form a rigid and stiff whole.6.6 Using. And here how it actually fits in combination with my G3 Combat Pants7.0 Repro vs Ronin Task Force The POA 102 is in my opinion a fairly correct replica of the Ronin Task Force, especially when it is set up and worn, the differences are a matter of details, and you have to pay attention to see the difference (from afar). judge for yourself in myRonin vs Repro Photo Gallery7.1 Repro vs TMC Shuto Since I also own the TMC Shuto, I have also put it next to each other. What is immediately clear that the TMC is a 45mm belt, and the POA a 50mm. The material of the TMC is a bit slippery so that it can slide, the POA is stiffer and does not slide in the buckle, the TMC is miss stitched a bit neater, and does not have the visible liner, but the POA is slightly stiffer. The POA has a better working Cobra Buckle where both pawls have to be pressed together effectively to open themTMC vs Repro Task Force photo GalleryCheck out my full Repro Task Force Photo Gallery here 8.0 Pro's and Con's+ Nice replica - Cobra Buckle no Austrialpin+ 2 ”(50mm) belt + Made solid and stiff - Some lesser details visible+ 38mm inner belt for non combat pants - 38mm inner belt has clearance in combat pants+ Non-slippery nylon material Edited June 9, 2021 by aac
