Killbucket
New video/pics in processing...but forget all that... Next idea got here today: what if I use a tried-and-true Tamiya Clobuster gearbox, driving a hollow axle? I want to FINALLY make an uber-tiny minigun. No, tiny-er than this. Whirrr.... I've figgered out how to do a tapered barrel, of any size, using this method: http://www.air-sharp.com/airsoftminitips_honeybarrels.htm By putting a small collar (or handy butt connector) on one end of each tube, I'll end up with a tapered barrel pack...aw, now I gotta go see if I've the parts in the goodie-bin to build a test-sample. I've never actually tried it! BTW, all my minigun "secrets" are stowed here.

Killbucket
http://killbuckets.blogspot.com/2011/08/airsoft-bb-drive-pattern-is-here.html I have posted the full-sized, cut and paste, motorized, .30Cal ammo can-fitting killbucket Airsoft AmmoDrive Pattern. I build this in a smaller size to feed a mini-gun, but it is basically the same mechanism with a modded RC servo.

Killbucket
You'll need an airsoft MP7, but you won't need to give ME anything- this pattern (NOTE: trace, and CUT) is now 100% FREE. Just come get a copy, wouldja? http://www.killbuckets.com/ WHY? I want to put these all over the planet, but I don't wanna get outta my recliner to do it. These are SUPER simple to make, don't let my fancy machined copy fool you. These few evening's work will reward you with a neat item to show off or use in CQB airsoft Battle- It's small enough. Want a bigger airsoft gun? Just scale up the j-pegs, print a bigger one.

Killbucket
http://www.killbuckets.com/mini_gun_sickness1001.jpg My home made mini gun is powered by http://www.killbuckets.com/mini_gun_sickness1005.jpg a stripped cordless drill motor. http://www.killbuckets.com/mini_gun_sickness1002.jpg The axle shafts are hollow so airsoft guns http://www.killbuckets.com/mini_gun_sickness1006.jpg can be stuck through them. http://www.killbuckets.com/mini_gun_sickness1013.jpg It's a motorized dummy, no wiring.
