Smoke
So as long as you use an anti-foggong solution, and give them an airing between games, you should be ok? Cheers for the input. Smoke.
virgo
What about the Wiley X SG-1 V-Cut model? Has anybody tried those yet? They have these ventilation cuts at the side of the lense where it meets the frame and they cost the same as the regular SG-1 goggles. Those venitlation cuts coupled with taking out some foam blocks should reduce, if not eliminate, the fogging shouldn't it?
HaVoC
Apparently they still fog Geronimo was using SG-1s at AG, and when he put Fogtech on them they seemed to be fine.
virgo
So you're saying that the V-Cuts still fog? Well that's no good. At least there's a cure.
HaVoC
I believe so. PM Geronimo and ask him what he thinks of them.

IronWolf
The cqc's do tend the fog up significantly if you do not use an anti-fog solution. Though apart from that they are great goggles as they are extremely low profile and can withstand a lot of abuse .
Geronimo
Hi JCYC5, yup I wore my SG-1s to AG05 last week and had no problems when using an anti-fog solution. The problem I had was the sweat buildup inside the lenses which would remove the anti-fog solution. So I'm going to try what one of the previous posters suggested and remove some of the foam backing on the eyepieces to try and avoid this. I guess that only time will tell whether or not this is an effective measure - but I'm hoping that it will be.
