SimonCW18
Hello, I've a search, but it's all seem quite confusing to me. I have few AEG's (Non 2 toned) that I haven't used for for a while and have be in storage, I want to sell them a legal way. I don't have a valid UKARA can I still sell them? Any advice would be great! Thanks
Pistol_Dude
Not in the UK myself, but from what I've read, you possessing them is no problem. If you sell them, in order to comply with the law, you have to ensure that the buyer has a valid defence (for example UKARA).
hitmanNo2
Yeah. You don't need UKARA or any other defence for that matter to sell. You just need to check your buyer has a legitimate use for a RIF. Be it UKARA, reenactment etc Some private sellers might only accept a verified UKARA. It's been a while since I've done it but I think you can just call up/e-mail a site to verify a buyer's UKARA is legit. Perhaps a buyer can show proof of them at a site with photos. You're just basically checking they're not some chav that's going to pull it out on the bus in an effort to impress his mates leading to an incident/police situation that brings negative press to airsoft.
