Butter18c
McMadcat, you think the airsoft desert eagle is big, wait until you hold the real thing. I recently got that oppertunity, and the thing was so friggin huge and heavy, it was unbelievable. You could tell that when you shot it, the recoil would make you wanna fire only one shot
cruxed
I thought the airsoft desert eagle had the same dimensions as the real one ???
Thomme
I thought the airsoft desert eagle had the same dimensions as the real one ??? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> it does... I don't know what Butter18c is talking about... he might just be trying to "one up," the lot of us.
Antagon
Recoil on the .44 DE is entirely manageable, I emptied mag after mag with my LEFT hand last time at the range, it's too overrated...too many misfeeds and stovepipes.

ko5ma
Some fresh pics of my current loadout - again . I finally decided to stick with the wireframe-style stock for now, and buy an EOTech instead - and I must say I'm glad I did it, lol. I also added an SRF-style muzzle brake in order to hide the inner barrel, but it's only a stop-gap measure until I finally put my hands on a proper 14,5" outer barrel. Only difference between TM AUG and real AUG is 2mm difference in barrel so i think that in DE it can be something little like that, nor that gun is a lot bigger....
Antagon
Nice LR! Folding stocks should be forbidden on anything but.
Butter18c
I know hte airsoft desert eagle is as big, but it feels bigger with the weight on the reel thing. I have an airsoft one, and the thing feels kinda small, but the real one sure didnt. BTW, im talkin bout the .
Antagon
Meh, real one was just as heavy as the KWC Co2 DE, atleast I thought so. And .50 isnt THAT much different from the .44 like the poster before said. And comparing a dollar per round to 15 cents a round...I'll take the .

HaVoC
Like the Raging Bull - shame it's not yours anymore, eh? Plus, that LR300 on the last page made me do a sex wee.
Azrael
neh... its an old photo- you gain some, you lose some. I sold on both huge hand canons from the pistols pic actually- the desert and the bull. But I did get a nice full metal para (elsewhere on arnies- think its on the hogue post) and I'm just about to get the full metal 1911 as well. plus, nother pic of the raging bull

Azrael
I made it. It's still not finished- I need to clothe the grey bits in red silk as well. Started off life as a toolbox from B&Q. The foam was hard to find, belive it or not.
Robot 2000
hmm. whered'ya get hogue grips in the UK? love the USP by the way . . . if only I had enough money for a metal slide
michael_collins
That poor AUG.....
Azrael
from hogue in the usa. read the hogue thread, and theres a nice pic of my para ordnance with hogues too. the USP C is metal slide, customised hogue grip and internal upgrades- hefty little toy that got me a ridiculously good kill rate at arniegeddon. In one game, from two mags, I missed with one shot per mag. and what do you mean "that poor aug" ? I'll have you know that its extremely pampered. (both internally and externally... *wink*) Edited March 20, 2005 by Azrael
Ledpocket
As requested earlier, here's a pic of my M4 mechbox. It's wired to the front and rear. Finally had it apart again for a little upgrading Just in case you want to do this yourself, I had to cut out a bit of the metal in the wire chase. the wiring has to lay flat or the gear on the motor gets jammed.
