Massumma
Yeah. I was surprised by it too. It wears great. I have a 36 waist (which I attribute to my tactical beer keg,) and and its perfect. The pads stay in place well in their pockets, and the legs actually have an internal strap that adds some stability, but you don;t even notice that the straps are around your leg. The pads are always where I need them, whether I'm hitting concrete with my knees for a crouched shot, or protecting my elbows from rocks whilst doing a low crawl. The only issues i noticed are that the openings for the feet are to narrow to really be put around most boots, but I blouse my pants anyway, and i wish there were some regular pants pockets for when I'm not all geared up. Overall, I couldn't be more satisfied.

kylec
If you look closely, you can see the hydro tube going across his chest. It's hard to see because it has a multicam tube cover on it. I'm either blind or need a magnifying glass. I don't see it.
Massumma
In the upper left hand pic, look at the SCAR in my hand. Folly the army up tp my shoulder. You should see a small black "L". Thats the mouthpeice for the tube. Guess I got my money's worth with the tube cover...

Massumma
I like the EGLM well enough, but I'm not a grenadier. I much prefer the feel of a nice vert grip.

Massumma
FYI - Do not put 2 Dynatech BFG's in one and try to run.... bruised plums. I don;t want to know. Sorry Capt Miller. Its pretty HSLD, but fanny packs just aren;t cool. Airsoft or otherwise.

pstj
Wouldn't it be better to use the fanny pack on the backside? I don't want to know what it feels like to hit the deck with all that stuff hanging.. right.. there.. Of course if the purpose of given equipment is to remain in upright position at all times, then it probably isn't on the way too much. Then it just looks funny
Capt. Miller
I'v got already E&E bag on my back, the purpose of the fanny is carry small misc items like pmr radio, energy bars, and magazines. If I have to ditch my 2nd line I would't be totaly screwed up. atleast fanny packs are USMC aproved Edited January 10, 2008 by Capt. Miller
BigAl
The fact your wearing a bum bag (fanny pack) is bad enough, the fact that someone makes them out of MC is almost unbearable. What next MC Slippers?
beefcake
I think fannypacks look totally gay in civ. clothes. But it really serves a purpose on a tactical kit, and it gives it a legit SF look! Specially since various countries SF are adopting multicam. Capt. Miller: Where did you get the pack?
Capt. Miller
beefcake, got it from Ebay, it's made by O.P.S. BigAl, I was thinking of MC Crocks

Anyhow, you think a fully loaded fanny pack to the nads hurts? First time I used a one-point sling, I drop my AK on it to get my pistol and caught a fully loaded metal AK with metal magazine right in the crotch. Of course, my friends being the caring type, immediately shot the hell out of me whilst I was rolling around on the ground in agony.
Capt. Miller
I dont overload the fanny, because it's then a nut killer. I am now packing compass, bandage, 2 pistol mags, chemlights and surefire 6P and power bars, the weight isn't problem even when I am running.
BigAl
Why not just use a GP Pouch on your belt or vest?
