Very nice Eizen :D - Whats the dump pouch looking thing attached to your belt and drop leg?

Thank you Kliskey. It's the dump pouch indeed, but it isn't attached to the dropleg, just the picture makes it look so.

are the crye pants meant to go over the boots?

 

Well they sure seem to be that way, they're super thick so you couldn't blouse them that well and you'd loose the zipper/flap access.

 

From what I've hear most having them loose gives you a less distinct profile (more so when viewed through NVG) and will of course vent better.

 

You do need to worry a bit more about creepy crawlies sneaking up your legs for a quick snack.

the easy answer was yes ;) . They are designed to go over your boots.
