Wege
I do as instructed, because I am posting our (NZ) players site, and because I do not 'own' the site, I have left the: User Name: Password: Password Again: Password Hint: Email: fields blank, yet when I go to submit the site, shows "Site Submission Error" (in red) and then below the : User Name: Password: Password Again: Password Hint: Email: fields, there is (in red again) : Email address must be in the form 'user@domain.com'. I thought that because I do not own the site, that I am not supposed to submit an email address? Jono
Arnie
Sorry - I left the email field on require. You'll get an email to say when site has been added by entering an email. It's no longer required - merely optional. Should work now. I've also rewritten the submission hints so they should make a bit more sense.
Wege
Mint, I will go and add the site in now, and report back.

Arnie
What are you adding for a description? Post what you're trying to add here and I'll try to replicate the issue. Best guess is you're adding illegal characters to the decription field. It's set to strip out wierd chars.
Wege
ok.. sitename : Airsoft Players New Zealand url- http://airsoft.net.nz/ description: "A site for New Zealand airsofters throughout the country. Forums, gallery, tips, reviews, help and of course bickering . Covers the 4 main groups of players, with more being added." Category: I guess this would fall under 'teams -world' Country: New Zealand. Cheers Arnie. Jono
Arnie
There we go fixed. Code that looked for illegal characters in description area was a tad overly tetchy. It's been beaten with a big stick, and is now responding better to what it's told to do now. (It disliked full stops for one) Give it a go, should work.
