DarkLite
I'd imagine that an Aussie soundpack in BF2 would get a bit depressing. According to America, everyone in Ausland (that is what it's called, right?) is called Bruce and wrestles Crocs. BF2:AusLand "Oi Bruce, give us a hand over here!" "Righto Bruce!" "Naw, not you mate, I was talking to Bruce." "Ah, alright then Bruce, I'll go and get Bruce." "G'day Bruce, heard you might need a hand with something." "Right, see Bruce over there?" "What, Bruce from the third artillery spotters?" "Naw, Bruce from the Auxillary Motor pool." "Oh, that Bruce." "Yeh. Now Bruce , when I give the signal, we'll pick up a croc and throw it at Bruce, just for a laugh." "Right, throw it at Bruce. Got it." "One, two, three - HUP!" *Splat* "Ah, bugger, we missed Bruce!" "We did hit Bruce though."
Doug
What chav says "Over yonder"? Damn, Americans and Canadians do have a warped view of us. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Idiot. 1. I said NEDS, not chavs. You DO know what a ned is (they don't exist in Englandshire, so probably not)? 2. Who said I was Canadian? I am a Scot currently living in Canada. Hillslam
Did everyone forget (except Bakabox) that the Swedish made BF2, not Americans? And no EA did not contribute the voice talent. So this thread is sort of like: Thread Topic: *Icelandic Movie Documentary about New Zealand gets indigenous tree variants wrong* Thread Response: "Stupid Americans"
Robot 2000
Was it "Stupid Americans"? Or was it "oh look, a stereotype". Everyone thinks that we speak like that. The French still call us "les rosbifs" for crying out loud.

Sysoosi
That sounds like some old British people are having a cup of tea and a little chat. Maybe the problem is that you can't have strong language in that game. You know the words you use to describe your boss.
