Built in obsolescence . . The turbo oil feed pipes on most cars are always to narrow and prone to sediment snd carbon blockage that eventually starves the Turbo of oil and causes bearing failures . . When you get a chance get to a tuning / upgrade company or turbo specialist and buy a larger diameter flexible hose type if possible for your car . . If not flexi type upgrade most tuning company's do larger bore upgrades that solve this problem .

Baz, cheers for that, I didn't know you could get larger bore pipe! It's something I've been worrying about to be honest, but that sounds like a fix :)

Shmook: Congrats, hope all went well.

When you get around to tinkering with the car, try TPS for the parts ( http://www.thetradepartsspecialists.co.uk/ ) you'll be able to get them at trade price, and if it's a reasonably common problem they might even have it in stock.

Tink, cheers. I remember you mentioning them before, don't you work for them? Anyway, there's one 5 minutes from me, so all is good!

As for the baby, still nothing. Sat at home waiting to go to hospital. He's being a lazy little bugger and not coming out...

Hate letting people down especially when it's you who have been let down and as such, you then let someone else down. Que quick phone calls for a baby sitter but it's Liverpool v Manu and as such, people are other wise engaged.

Missing out on a zombie game is gutting, but letting down a local airsoft site hurts more.

*fruitcage* chrome paint. It's nice and shiny until it gets wet. Or you touch it. Or get the idea to put some clearcoat on it so it doesn't get wet or touched directly. Screw that, I'm not going to repaint my new pimp cane. It'll be dullish silver. Still better than *suitcasey* brushed-on bronze finish I got it in.

My MRP, probably due to the stock G&P bucking in it, hasn't been hugely consistent of late.

So I thought I know; It's got a Prime Hop unit in it. That takes AEG buckings and barrels, right? I'll just disassemble it and put in some AEG parts I have and give those a try.

Whoever the hell put that hop unit together, I hope someone smashes a bottle on them in a bar fight. Seriously, the two main halves were physically impossible to separate, to the point that after opening up a tiny little gap with a razor, the flathead screwdriver I managed to insert and carefully rock back and fourth all the way around the gap between the 2 halves did nothing but chew up aluminium.

I raged out and smashed it up with a hammer, and I only feel marginally better. And I can't afford an Iron Airsoft replacement for a month.

So the £160 WOC I bought as a project is now my primary, and my $900 uber-gun is out of action for weeks.

*fruitcage* you, Prime. *fruitcage* you.

What has irritated me today?

Well first is that of all the games my emulator for the DS rejects it is the one I really wanted to play. Damn it I want my HeartGold.

Second it is the fact that I sent a contact email to an eBay seller which ran along the lines of 'if you send me a reply regarding when my item will be sent I will buy the last one to finish the listing'. No reply, the listing has ended with one item left and now I still don't see my item with 'sent' next to it. Seeing as the estimated delivery is Thursday it is fun to see if they are going to make that before I go away for a week, even with the item only costing £6 posted I would still like to have it on or by the delivery date.

Local postal service is dicking around. China Post tracking system claims that my parcel left China last Tuesday. Local tracking system is being retarded, and didn't get the "Package left China" memo (at least it works better with the Chinese system than Hong Kong one - it gets ZERO updates from HK Post, claiming the parcel doesn't exist until it arrives here and gets scanned on entry). And I absolutely need that parcel next weekend.

Of course knowing that half of postal staff are idiots, and half are thieves, I'm suspecting someone pulled a magpie and stole $10 worth of cheap baubles my friend ordered through me. Along with the one thing I needed.

Support Our Troops - March For Honour

URGENT NOTICE – PLEASE SHARE – URGENT NOTICE

Ladies, Gentlemen, March For Honour® supporters,

It has come to my attention that there are alleged March For Honour® charity wrist bands being sold to the public. These wrist bands appear to have the Royal British Legion’s logo of a poppy on them. These wristbands also appear to have a website listed as www.march4honour.com . You will notice that this is not the official MFH web address. In addition, the March For Honour® logo of the red running man was only used in the 2010 national event. Merchandising was sold during the 2010 national event and has since been stopped for distribution with effect from January 2011. That being said, this wristband design was not part of the official merchandise. This wrist band was purchased at a major supermarket retailer in Edlington, Doncaster.

I would like to take this opportunity to categorically inform you that the March For Honour® has not registered an interest, nor has it sanctioned the sale and/or production of any wristbands whatsoever through any of its partners, affiliates and/or 3rd party suppliers at this time. The March For Honour® cannot accept any responsibility for any alleged March For Honour® merchandise. The March For Honour® has no stock of any merchandise of any kind at this present time. I have attached an image sample of the wristband in question for your viewing.

Merchandising is a process we are looking into for the future, however as this is entirely self funded, there is no merchandise that has been sanctioned for sale to the public at this present time. Official announcements will be made in the event of a change in circumstance, whereby merchandising becomes a segment of the fund raising strategy for the March For Honour® cause.

Charitable fund raising is always justified through genuine effort and good intentions. I cannot vouch for the purpose of the afore mentioned wristband design in question, nor can I vouch for the destination of the funds raised in the process of the distribution and/or the sale of this item. I urge you not to be discouraged by this incident of unsanctioned March For Honour® merchandising. I only wish to highlight the fact as a means to inform you that the March For Honour® cause and its nominated affiliated brands and/or recipient charities will not gain any direct benefit from the sale of this, or any other, March For Honour® labelled merchandise until further notice.

I am currently in the process of ascertaining the origin of these wristbands with a view to present a notice of cease and desist to whomever and/or whichever organisation is responsible for the distribution of these wristbands. I would like to thank you in advance for your time and consideration with this matter. Kindly share this amongst your family and friends in order to avoid any further disappointment. Please feel free to advise me of any other points of sale for these and/or any other March For Honour® merchandise.

Last, but by no means least, I thank you for your time, your understanding and for your invaluable and continued support with the March For Honour® cause, and its chosen recipient charities.

Best wishes to you and yours (always),

Ram Patten

You know what, I wish I could sound shocked, but am not. Some people would steal the dummy out of a babies mouth, to make a profit. Lets hope it's just a mis-understanding; that's me being diplomatic. I hope the people who are selling the brackets are named and shamed, as they are scum. Taking money off of people, who think they are doing a good deed, but are in fact giving money, to a greedy low life scum bag.

To echo Hab, I'm not even remotely surprised, some sectors of human society need to the thrown into a massive pit full of wolves.

I'm having to deal with it more often lately as I have been spending more time in Bradford and some people's attitude just stinks. I have spent my entire life acting responsibly, and trying do my duty to the country and my duty as a human being. Yet everywhere I look it seems that those who don't; the selfish, ignorant, lazy, morally deficient members of society are thriving, whilst every day the decent and hardworking become more scarce.

It's hugely frustrating and sometimes, indeed fairly regularly, I just want to up sticks and *fruitcage* off somewhere better.

But running never solved anything.

A good apocalypse.

This.

Sadly I bet even that would be badly balanced and would wipe out the intelligent and leave the stupid to roam the ruins alone. :P

We should tell them Duck and Cover is real and that hiding under a low stone bridge will save you from a nuclear blast (if by 'save' they mean guarantee that if the blast doesn't wipe you out the shattered stonework will shred you in a second).

No offence but seriously.

It was 12 years ago now and to keep going on about it, especially companies like the above is just worrying. I mean yes it was a major disaster but given the many other major terrorist attacks that have occured in the world this is just the tip of the iceberg yet the US must trapse it out year in year out. I really wish that the poor people that actually lost family would just turn round and stay 'stop reminding us every single year that we have lost a family member due to the stupidity of the country we live in coupled with the arrogance of another nation to do attack us'.

Just let the dead rest and stop turning everything into an excuse to incite hatred / have a rememberence day / to make us feel sorry for you as none os it is working.
