My eye! Sweet Jesus, Ouch!

I hate that I suffer from some sort of mild, random mood swings sometimes, brought about by unknown psycholigical issues.

It is often about things I really wouldn't normally care about or be a little depressed about too. Maybe I just have something but it isn't bad enough that I should worry about it. Either way I know I am a little bit insane but sometimes it just gets right in the places I don't want it to and today just happens to be one of those bloody days.

But to look on the bright side it is a 5% downer to a 95% upside. Also it meant last time I had to break up with someone and they were ready for the long talk about it they were surprised that I took it so well, maybe I am just too odd? I really don't know sometimes.

EDIT: And now, all of one hour or so later, the feeling has gone and I am happy again. However now I am stuck with the idea of buying more guns and while I like the potential of buying new guns I don't think my account does :P.

Also I went from no girl to girl that at least likes me, maybe she still does. Either way I don't get why I have these moments.

Eh, insanity is the only way some of us go through every day.

I mean, I spend everyday remembering something that didn't occur years ago, bitterly angry about that.  If I ever said what that was though, people would cock their heads sideways in confusion as to why so.

The only positive (why would I even call it positive) attribute is that one builds much fortitude into not showing effects or not bothering anyone else about internal problems.  Yes, the last bit is often said to be what you are supposed to do to so solve things, but it is sometimes the case where trying to do so only leads to problems that are what one rather not deal with, especially when they solve nothing in return.

As for a more relevant rant lately, weather keeps changing between "trying to be warm" and "are you getting ready for winter?".  I rather it just be winter and just get the snow already.

Maybe it is the only option and moaning about it saves going postal one day?

'FireKnife'

Yeah, especially considering the fact that you can't do much with a folding shovel.

Not being funny, I think you need to get a new job. Like every other post you're complaining about it. I'm all for being proactive but some companies are populated by idiots to such a degree that it's better just to get out.

2400 kopecks a month and stable employment with lots of morons involved or risking the lack of job opportunities for hell knows how long. A friend of mine was seeking a facility manager for some weird craft-related place, but that was last month. Other than that, I have serious doubts about finding a job that would be anywhere near my current pay and capabilities.

I'd imagine that to be the case.

Hence how the polish guys who come to England for work send some cash home and that let's their family live quite well.

Also, see gunfire.pl and their low prices...

This is interesting...

Also. Couple of damn annoying things.

Every one of my pals have sacked off next week's airsofting.

And I've found out that Mrs TheChom is probably going to have a really *suitcasey* time giving birth to our second child.

She's like a walking advert for birth complications...

Thechom, she won't be giving birth at Blackpool will she?

I don't think she would be 14 ;).

As for me, well just women in general. I just don't get some of them but I always find that I end up with two or none, never just one and one that I can get along with / gets along with me.

Oi, my wife gave birth at blackpool...

The reason I asked is that she also nearly died, as in 'shoulders shrugged, we don't know if she'll make it through surgery' due to the incompetence of the staff at blackpool.

Not trying to scare you, thechom, but I will shout it far and wide to give blackpool hospital a big miss, unless it's with a C130 spectre gunship.

Sounds a bit like Aberdeen Royal Infirmary.

Ex went in for a check up and they simply told her to stay on the pills she was taking. Went back to Newcastle and was immediately referred to a specialist.

Turns out she had a reasonable common condition that needs to be operated before it gets worse. However it was one of those things that even a trainee would know wasn't right and while it is nowhere near fatal it saves a month of agonising pain and a much larger operation.

So much for the people we trust to make us better, I know the NHS is paid for by tax and is hardly the greatest system in the world but seriously.

Can't justify the monet for ai these days. Especially when half of the content is lifted from Wikipedia.

*fruitcage* me that is an improvement. When I bought it back in 2009-2010 to read on journeys it was 90% Wiki and the rest was poorly done reviews about items that no-one wanted with the shop that won the Ai awards being the ones that pumped the most money and freebies into the mag, no surprise.

Though if I recall correctly the front cover image is of Jai, the guy that heads up The Fort and Fortress in Fife and also Airsoft World. Or at least an image he has used with what looks like him in it.

I know that Polish money is a Zloty from what I recall but even that makes about 2400 to be just shy of £450 a month.

I hope Polish flats are about the equivalnt of £250-300 a month :P.

'FireKnife'

Yeah, pretty much this. And the flat... well, my parents actually bought it, so I'm not paying the insane rent costs that are around 200-250 quid, but still, on top of the 70 quid water/garbage disposal/maintenance bill, I'm paying 30 quid for cable and internets, and then there's 50 quid for the electricity bill every other month. The only cheap thing is the gas bill, 5 quid every other month.

What I'm not happy about is the fact that I'll have to pay for the damages caused when I replaced the kitchen sink and failed to seal the threads properly, causing the water to drip down the wall and two floors down. And the guy who lives on the ground floor already came up with asstimations (read, figures pulled out of his *albartroth*) when the sewage pipe fell apart.

That gas bill is very cheap. I'm guessing you don't use much gas or it's just very cheap?

Rant:- how come 'no' means 'try harder' these days? Or it can mean 'hey, you're an evil *bramston pickle*' if you say no when asked to lend someone money. Some people need to realise a request doesn't mean you get what you what. 'Tough *suitcase*' seems to be my catch phrase, these days.

Women.

I got in late last night, working, so get a lie in.

Except I don't. I hear our son wake up around 7, wife gets up and sorts him. When I get up wih him I take him downstairs to feed him a bottle of milk and then breakfast. When the wife does it, he gets the milk in our room. So I don't sleep.

She then takes him, feeds his solid breakfast and brings him up to get changed. And also a "let's go and peek at daddy" and plonks him on the bed. So I don't sleep.

She also leaves the stairgate open, which the dogs then notice, and fly upstairs and jump on the bed. They are not allowed to do this. So I don't sleep.

He is then changed and she comes back in and whispers "oh, you're awake. Do you want anything?" Yes, for everyone to *fruitcage* off so I can sleep. But I can't say that. "No thanks" I say, and roll over.

Usually between 10 - 30 minutes later, she goes out. She comes back up to tell me this. So I don't sleep.

She then leaves the stairgate open again, so the dogs fly upstairs and jump on the bed. They are not allowed to do this. So I don't sleep.

I take them down, shut the gate and try to sleep. Now awake, it's around 1000, and the wife is due back soon. So I don't sleep.

When tired in the day I get "why are you yawning, you got a lie in. I've been up since 7 with the boy."

I inwardly rage. I can't say anything because she will get all butthurt and moan. Not in that way, fireknife.

Cancelling trains like it's going out of business. Thank you, I enjoy finding alternative transport (i.e. Getting a lift off of a mate who's being kind). Happened last night, and when I asked a rail person, they said there was a good chance, the 22.20 would be cancelled too. Sweet (hence why I sought alternative transport).

Ah trains.  Dreadful parking provisions for lots of stations, extortionate tickets costs, canceled services and bus replacement services.  Then if you make it onto the train you have to contend with no space as they've only decided to put three carriages on at rush hour, drunks, generally smelly people and people broadcasting their *suitcasey* taste in music/obnoxious phone calls right into your ear.
