Log everything. My sister was forced out of her job, but was told a tribunal wasn't worth it due to lack of evidence. This was with her friend looking into it who manages a huge HR department, and really knows her stuff. Log and report everything ;)

Wait I missed a 'your mum' conversation? Damn I was too busy scouring the internet for a bit of decent MILF stuff, turns out it iisn't that hard to find when you have Google Videos :P.

Either way my downer for the day, GF is away, girls I know are busy spending time with family and I am stuck out at families while the rain beats down making sleep difficult. Still it gives me a lot of time to do the things I don't usually have time for like read, complete long Xbox games, use the internet for more than just porn and watch classic movies that you usually watch at Christmas, just all mine are saved on the PC, no relying on the TV for me.

Oh and people still use FaceBook? I gave up on it after I kept getting exs trying to add me, and most of them were to gloat about the fact they were married / had children / had slept with less people than me and had a steady relationship :P.

EDIT: As for being forced out of a job you can just find all the ways to make life difficult for the other person, if you have a cut off hour at work, just leave, unless it creates a hazard or when they request you to do something just pull each of the H&S requirements you can think of. May as well make the most of it while staying firmly on the line of being a good employee to everyone else ;).

Tut tut Fireknife, late for the party again...

Would rather I not come at all than leave first. ;)

But either way, I could do with putting a bit more on here, most of the time it is during work when I have nothing to do that I fill up these threads etc.

You must have nowt to do all day then, as you regularly hit the top 20 posters :P

A *badgeress*? Had a great day with the wife, she ended up curled up with me and fell asleep, where I had a massive guilt pang about my dad not being here any more. Woke her up and she went to bed, didn't tell her as I don't want to upset her, she's had enough upset herself recently.

I shouldn't really complain, life is great right now, it really is.

But i miss him.

Edit; touchscreen spellz

Working Christmas Eve with no company but the ginger fuhrer. Should I never post again, please assume it's because I've murdered him and gone to prison.

Since he has also banned me from using headphones in the office (for health and safety apparently! I call BS on that though), he's going to have to deal with my music on my speakers instead. I hope the stupid *bramston pickle* enjoys Machine Head!

Oh, how many marching tunes I would blast in the situation.

Well, this whole holiday break has been nothing but boredom, pain (in the form of several scrapping/tearing of skin in various places), and lots of yelling.  I'm pretty much borderline between hating the season and being strongly irritated by it.

Father decides yet again to do another "renovation" project, this time ripping the wallpaper off the upstairs bathroom.  Makes a mess, used a sprayer that had bleach originally in it (room smells like it now), ruined mats and flooring, drags me up to pull wallpaper off, yelling the whole time and swearing, then kicking me out of the work because he thinks I'm the one yelling at him.

Add to all the rest of the he keeps doing, and I have resolved to put headsets on, sit in bed, and listen to freaking "Erika" marching song all night so I don't have to hear anymore of the yelling.

Stunt, next year, rent a bigger boat, I'll bring the board games and an endless stack of books.

Yet again, I get another game console that I don't desire to have currently.

Despite my constant reminders not too.

Despite me showing mother articles about how bad the system in question is.

She still gets one through her contact, who apparently won't take it back unless it is converted into credit for something else.

I am heavily tempted to sell this WiiU monstrosity, give it to my cousin, or donate it somewhere.

BTW, she also got COD BO2 PS3 version, something that yet again I told her not to go near.

The amount of clothes and shoes that I will never touch also reached a new record this year.

Presents:

Wife - Custom Diver's Seeker DSMB, awesome but I did buy it myself.

Sister - A voucher for a go at rolling down a hill in an inflatable ball.

Brother - a Steam game apparently but it hasn't worked.

Mum and Dad - don't know, hasn't arrived.  They may not have got me anything.

Not a bad haul.

It's just the isolation that gets to me, nearly done now.

she sounds like a generous woman that just wants to hear you say "I love you and I am grateful for everything"

Believe me, I say that everyday.  I take care of my folks, and I intend to keep doing so for as long as possible (unlike a certain sibling whose bled them dry and running off to get married).

It's just when I try to say "do not go anywhere near this monstrosity", it ends up being the opposite effect.

I should probably state that whatever these deluxe versions are going for, she got it for a flat $100.  Usually this contact is someone whom I give my mother $20 to send up a game, maybe once or twice a year.  It's the only reason I ever even bother getting games.  It's just become not so much my thing, yet everyone assumes I need more clothes, books, and videogames, for every occasion.  I honestly only wanted to get my folks stuff, I'm content with my life.

Eh, I can tell my first post was all too much like someone sounding ungrateful.  I apologize for that.

Stunt, I assume the "rolling down a hill in an inflatable ball" is to be done sometime other than winter?  Unless it's the emergency one Brosnan used in The World is not Enough.

What presents did I get?

Socks, underwear, scarf, vouchers to food and cinema places, two books, cheque for £20 and a desk calender.

Why is this in this thread? As I told people that this was my first 'I am not going to be sucked into commercialisation' Christmas, and yet they still buy me stuff which means then I have to get them a gift as it is the polite thing to do.

Next year I will be imposing limits, if a gift is bought for me that is above the limit I will ask for it to be refunded and the cash returned to the person with a not saying 'thank you for the thought, which is what counts, but if I want something in my life I will go out and buy it myself and celebrate this time of year as a reason to meet family and friends, along with enjoying good food'.

Now next occasion: GF's birthday. Ok so a nice meal, a non-fiction book and something for her to wear in the bedroom, job done and she is very happy. :P
