scorch
Excellent. I'm currently a "banana split" guy.
DeltaZero
That is amazing! Would it be heretical to suggest I don't like Weetabix?
scorch
That is amazing! Would it be heretical to suggest I don't like Weetabix? Yes.
DeltaZero
I won't suggest it then
Habakure
The problem lies in the fact that to get the bottom of the weetabix sufficiently soggy, you have a load of milk in the bottom of the bowl completely untouched. So when the weetabix gets to where I want it, it drops into the excess milk and goes too far. And I'm not gonna pre-snap my weetabix so they fit the bowl. That way lies madness. I'd rather acquire a more suitable bowl. After the weetabix is soggy enough, I always drain the excess milk away. Then you get the perfect 'bix.
scorch
Weetabix are the foundation bricks on which great days are built. You can't build anything with Rice Krispies.
DeltaZero
I can build on a banana and muesli with natural yoghurt though
scorch
If you mix the muesli into the yoghurt like some kind of breakfasty cement... Yeah. I can see that. Banana rebar. Good effort.

DrAlexanderTobacco
Stonehenge is actually an early imitation of preferred Weetabix stacking methods, circa 2600BC. Trufax.
scorch
I don't care what people get up to in the privacy of their own home - but if you want to put butter on your wheatbix, don't ever ask me to "accept it". I'll tolerate it, sure. But accept it? Not gonna happen. Call be a bigot if you want but its just not right. Also, I have no idea why I glossed over this before, but butter on a weetabix is just downright weird. Who even does that?
Cannonfodder80
My other half puts butter on Wheetabix. Yes she's weird and yes I do tell her
Pdubyuh
If your starving and have no milk Wheetabix butter and Marmite topping isnt too bad, it does get a bit gacky soyou need a good drink but its not too bad. //runs to sit with the wierdos in the corner//
amateurstuntman
Just eat them like biscuits and drink the milk. Easy. I have smoothies for breakfast, banana, broccoli, coconut milk yoghurt, berries, peanut butter and oats. Lovely.
darkchild130
Nothing beats natural peanut butter on wholemeal toast for fighting off hunger pangs. Darkchild
hitmanNo2
For years I'd never been into peanut butter. I can't get enough of it now. So good slightly melting on hot crumpets and bagels.
Hedganian
Weetabix are flat. My bowl is rounded. They don't sit right. #firstworldproblems Mini Weetabix?
DrAlexanderTobacco
Mini Weetabix? Pretenders to the throne!
scorch
Im not a big fan of peanuts. Too strong a flavour for me. I find it overpowers anything you have it with. I much prefer hazelnuts, pecans or macadamia. Peanut butter is only marginally better than marmite.
DeltaZero
Im with you on that Scorch.. Way too overpowering!
amateurstuntman
30g of peanut butter in a banana smoothie isn't overpowering, it's awesome. I also eat it on chicken. And in sandwiches with cheese. Awesome.
hitmanNo2
I'm with you on chicken. Not tried it with cheese...
shmook
Peanut butter and chicken, you say? Sounds... well, I shall try it anyway!
