DrAlexanderTobacco
How were the dirtQuadbikes? Edited May 20, 2015 by DrAlexanderTobacco
scorch
How were the dirtQuadbikes? Excellent. So much fun. 2WD quads on sand and gravel are great for a bit of sideways drifting action. Not so great for the GF's dad who was following behind me and getting a face full of sand.

scorch
I hate reg/rec units. Especially when they spontaneously fry other components just because they don't want to go down alone.

Habakure
My son had a minor operation today, to 'fix' the tendon in his thumb (on his left hand). Poor thing. Got a huge bandage on his hand now, keeps catching him off guard (falls over due to being off balance). Got to sit through Shred the third now, as he likes it and it keeps him calm. Can't lie, I do like moments in it but not enough to watch it for the fiftieth time. . . . Edited May 22, 2015 by Habakure
scorch
(falls over due to being off balance). Tape both his arms across his chest to centralise his point of balance. Sorted.

Habakure
Never been a fan of 'Lady and the Tramp'. Going to sneak Kellys Heroes on now, see if he notices. He does like big vehicles doing big things.
Skarclaw
my dad got me mad max 2 when I was about 5. taped over the rape scene with a bit of Otis the aardvark off CBBC. remember it well!
shmook
Haha, aardvark replaces rape! I'm not a fan of lady and the tramp either, but you know what kids are like
Cannonfodder80
Aardvark and rape are two words I thought I'd never see in the same sentence together
Azubi
Booked into The Outpost this Sunday. Game gets cancelled. Try to book into the Mall. Can't see how to actually book. Does anyone know how to actually book places? Can't seem to find a link or option on the site to book, nor a forum where there is a booking thread.
amateurstuntman
My parents would let me watch panorama, open university broadcasts and an hour of children's BBC. That's it. The rest was reading.

amateurstuntman
I saw Jedi in the cinema. Films on TV wasn't really a thing when I was growing up, there were more cinemas and you could see older films there for longer. Video killed off cinemas when I was a teenager I guess. They are making a resurgence now though - which is nice.
paranoiddroid
Operations as a kid suck hope he goes through it ok. I could watch pretty much what I like mainly the history channel and discovery.
Habakure
Saw Jedi in the cinema too, in fact, the cinema I saw it in doesn't exist anymore. Liverpool once had a huge screen, at the old odeon site (right by lime street station), which in the late 1990's was cut up to make room for more screens. It's shut now and moved to the Liverpool One site (stone throw from the Albert Dock). Shame really, even the imax screen isn't as big as the old odeon screen. Ghostbusters was amazing on that old screen. My sons okay now, has a sock on his hand to keep the bandage clean (he looks like a thug walking round looking for his next victim). amateurstuntman
I saw it in Hong Kong so I don't know if it's still there. Probably not.
