laserniggern
Feh. I dont care for those paintball-ish launchers one bit. Sure, they may be small and effective, but so is holding the shell in your hand. The uglyness and non-rs-ness makes them complete turds in my eyes.
elchinator
Wrong, they are the second best thing to shove up your opponents... nose.

TheFull9
@ Elchinator - I'd imagine at least one of those isn't S-Thunder, what's your experiences with the different makes?
elchinator
They're all S-Thunder. The one in the middle is the metal version, the other two are made from ABS. They work quite well, actually. I wouldn't put too much trust on the safety lever though, at least not with the plastic ones. The metal launcher is very sturdy and solid. It should work for a little "CQB surprise"...

EBB conveniently released several holsters just as I was about to stuff mine in a double AK pouch; I'm thinking this one will work nicely on my chest or the back of my belt: http://www.ebairsoft.com/james-molle-horizontal-holster-pistol-launcher-p-3992.html I got the long S-thunder shell to try launching Nerf rockets from my M203, but it's pretty awesome outdoors loaded with .43s and CO2. I have some POM shells for CQC but I'm thinking of switching to the mini shells since they're so much easier to load.
frogfish
Kojak, do you need the long one in order to fit the PB4 clone and a nerf rocket?
kojak
Kojak, do you need the long one in order to fit the PB4 clone and a nerf rocket? The long M203? I have the short one and I've trimmed the fins off of the Vortex so the tail fits inside the grenade. No range tests have been performed yet, but I've seen video of people getting good distance from the same combo.
frogfish
oh you weren't talking about the S-Thunder handheld launchers. I'm trying to figure out if a pb4 or s-thunder grenade will fit in the mid sized or the aabb clone with a nerf rocket.

I'm trying to figure out if a pb4 or s-thunder grenade will fit in the mid sized or the aabb clone with a nerf rocket. I wouldn't think so, since the long shell barely fits in the AABB launcher: But, I guess if I'm already cutting the fins off there's no reason I couldn't cut some of the shaft. Here's a comparison: If the shaft were a little shorter the football could seal against the muzzle:

Noveske
Very nice! how do you like that 6 shooter? Pretty solid? For a mostly plastic launcher, I'd say ICS did a pretty good job at keeping it rigid even with a fully loaded drum and the twist-loading mechanism. Definately kept the weight down while maintaining a solid usable launcher.
The Crunchy Bunny
Thats super nice Noveske. Seems like it would do work in CQB
Chevieblazer
I have a pic request: I'm looking for the picture of an EGLM on a DD RISII, or in fact on any type of rail that is longer than the rail mount of the EGLM itself...

UMGuy
Finally! The GL-06 is one of more gorgeous grenade launchers out there. Love the ump stock. Will definitely be looking into getting one

It would have to be a VFC (which I'm still not sure about) because the ARES is not setup to be mounted on a rail and have it extend past the end of the mount. You would need to modify it to fit.
