Well i would like to thank airsoftmart for great service and fast delivery with my HFC beretta. Also very helpful with any questions you may have longest i had to wait was about an hour and believe me i am an annoyingly question happy customer. :D

This gun is amazing apart from mag problems but it only has mag problems because i was a complete newb and didnt buy any lube.

I advise anyone to use airsoftmart as they are great.

Ordered a few bits the other day

- very fast delivery

- items were well packaged

- i was kept updated all the way through the order process

I ordered 2 FireFox throat mikes, they wasn't in stock at the time. Had constant e-mails and phone calls to keep me informed of when the stock would be in and when it was dispatched.

 

Mikes were sent Special Delivery.

 

Top service, recommended to friends, will be ordering again.

Many thanks to airsoft mart for the great help and super super fast delivery!

 

I ordered my new left handed holster, Motorola radios and Firefox commando yesterday and I just got a call from the wife saying the package has arrived. :D

Never known worse customer service, countless promises of a refund, well over a month ago and still not done, promised to call me back once had looked into matter on several occasions and not one peep back. Finally after had to post on forum was told would be refunded at beginning of week, now close of banking on Thursday and nothing been put into account or in clearing. At the moment I don't see how it could be worse service...

As far as the problems you have encounted

We have had a personal problems over the last few weeks

Which has stopped us from attending the store in newport

 

Hopefully we have over come the problems and should restart in the store over the coming weeks

4 months waiting for the repair of a HFC beretta... no repair...

I had to shout to get it back even I paid for the return.

 

VERY slow for delivery.

 

Last time after a week and 4 emails with no answer, I claimed, then the guy said he was going to post it the very same day... and settled it by refunding!

2 weeks to get the refund of course.

 

Trouble is: he never answers the emails.

I took my business to another company, fast and nice.

 

I bought a lot of guns from that shop... he does not care...

 

Pity, the site looks good, prices are fine, and the choice is good.
