I have to push it forward a little bitt in order to dry fire it. I have not attempted to fire it with the silencer yet because I don't have gas at the moment. Link to post Share on other sites

teetee Posted December 28, 2005 Report Share Posted December 28, 2005 Well I've decided on a KWA G19 as my field sidearm, I figure a backup should be failsafe which the G19 pretty much is. Does anyone have any suggestions for tac-lights (M3 replicas) to attatch to it? I don't want anything too huge so as to dwarf the gun, but still effective enough for room clearing. Cerebus Posted December 28, 2005 Report Share Posted December 28, 2005 (edited) This G18C was in a dreadful condition when I received it from the shyster I bought it from. The idiot had tried to respray over the original paint of the metal slide and barrel without degreasing the surface first so it was covered in sticky patches, the mechanism was filthy and barely had any lubrication, even the blowback springs were pinched and badly deformed between the engine block and the slide. After much hassle it's now cleaned up with a brushed, grained and polished finish to the metal slide and barrel. Chris. Edited December 28, 2005 by Cerebus Link to post Share on other sites
