Saying a stock and frontgrip is useless on a Glock is like saying a stock and frontgrip is useless on an MP5, sure you can fire it just using the grip but your shot will be no where near as accurate and the recoil will throw off your second shot. Personally I think it is both functional and sexy at the same time, just like a good MP5

Goddamnit now both my 18s are borked  Vicious, about that offer to tune & fix them...

I'm gonna get a bone stock G18 now just for the sake of having one that works, gotta couple of spare plastic slides anway so I guess I can run it into the ground on green gas then whack the spares on :D

Anyone want a coupla project-happy KSC Glock 18s on the cheap?

Not firing on full auto, well one of them is okay but since we swapped the slides I can't take the good slide off the bad frame

One is seriously cacked, the other should really be fine. The halves have been swapped though so that needs fixing first (them being locked together) and neither works right now.

The older, more knackered one's guide rod kept slipping down - it wouldn't stay up at all in fact - so one I had to press the chamber down to even *beep* it. The other one only had limited firing problems but was starting to show the signs of age & wear that led to the demise of the first one.

I simply cannot be bothered to fix them both, maybe the newer one if I can seperate the halves: nothing will let me do that however, nothing at all :( Oh well.

My KJW G23 (ABS). Just finished my grip reduction, rounding of the trigger guard and texturing the grip. Got bored this weekend, and decided to crack out my engraving tools.

Now the question is do I try and get someone with a broken FMV version to sell me their slide/inner barrel, so I can polish and have it look like this...

...or, invest in a can of Krylon and make it look like this.

My wife will kill me if I buy a second Glock and do both. Decisions, decisions...

Scratch those ideas and do this:

Round the slide and get the grip stippled. :D Nice job on your gun though, the trigger guard looks nice. If I would choose between the two you linked, I say the first one.

Just my 2 cents.
