hkssr20det
Crazy Junior, I like it. Funny how the scallop cutouts on the slide still look good on that frame. Here is a size comparison (sorry about the Detonics being in pieces, still waiting on the DB Custom barrel prototype)

Romulus
Thought that I would have a little fun while I was waiting for my other Hi-Capa parts to come in. I was actually surprised by how cool this turned out. I defiantly need to order a TK slide spacer...
HellsAngel
Kinda reminds me of the 1911 used by the Terminator in T2:Judgement Day. Pretty unique (Also note how I said 'kinda' ) Edited November 25, 2007 by HellsAngel
Romulus
Indeed it is a bit odd simply because it is rare to see a inverted two-tone gun. I do wish that there was an actually hybrid 1911 though (or maybe there is and I just haven't seen one, feel free to correct me)

Reminds me of my old Kimber TLE which was two-tone like that.

It would be kinda cool to have an SVI single stack but this was mainly a lark. it would be fun to get 1911 grips with SVI medallions though
SamJacksonFan
Strayer Voight / Infinity Arms offers Single Stack Option in its product range / Gun builder option: and really nice collector ones (definitely hot one ...) (even classic style with bushing) (would even be an excellent tactical model) (and you even do not need to have SVI logo on the grip, if the complete gun shouts Strayer Voight ) Have fun with the pictures, all directly samples from sviguns.com, should consider to custom build one of these for my collection. Definitely exclusive and almost unique pieces, as no one really goes for SVI single stack ... 'til now
Romulus
Those are quite interesting. I suppose that they would be a bit of a challenge to built but they sure would be unique.
