Sledge
WE 1911. Removed the (IMO) rather naff grips and replaced with a rubber set. Also had room to add a couple of small weights, adding about 100g. Knife is my new CRKT Sting, and the reason I took the photo. Edited November 1, 2006 by Sledge

1911
Presenting the one and only.....!!!! I know everything looked out of place, but who cares..... i got the slide for free. So i decided to remove the paint Mathub style....soda bath... Plus vinegar, bleech and every other chemical i can get my hands on... It worked! It was originally a HRT parkerised..... Lithium Jack
Oh man, that looks hot. One thing though, won't the slide tarnish with all the paint removed?
1911
I'm suprised someone liked it you mean destroyed? The aluminium is still in great shape, i did sand it abit after dippin it in the solution just to clean it up. I forgot to mention, the slide was originally 2 tone.

canizzle
So a stock WA gun is about 240 and is plastic. Then you have to spend like 100-150 more for metal? Damn talk about BMW's in the airsoft world.
