Romulus
Those should look nice. Simple grips on a clean black Delta. Good show.
twan
Hmm I kinda hoped the PGC Delta Elite kit would be black instead of gray.. Or is it the pictures that doesn't show the color that well ? Krame: what color is it ?
hkssr20det
The PGC Delta kit is black. Not fully matte, but not too shiny.

Moriquende
You guys know where I might get hold of a Nighthawk Custom Talon metal kit(WA)?
Philip Aram
I don't think they make one. I know Prime makes the Vickers Tactical Nighthawk version though. I recall seeing it at boomarms.

BADMONKEY
Quick question guys, do you think a madbull quicksilver suppressor would be too long for a 1911? It says it's 6.2 inchs, sooo would that look weird or cause problems firing?
N.A.S.T.y
Once my UHC 1911 arrives (cheap but I've used one before and for $20 it is amazing) I'll post some pics along with the various web gear I'll be using with it next game. I've got WWI, WWII, and modern (all original) gear set-ups for it, just to remind you that this nearly century-old gun has been fighting strong the whole time. Only dissapointment about the UHC, it shoots well, is accurate, robust, just like the real deal, but it lacks the stopping power of the real steel! Oh well.... ~TS Allen
Romulus
I think that suppressor length is really a matter of taste. I would suggest making a mock up and putting it next to your gun so that you can have a length comparison in person.

Well I've done that, and I like it...but I'm more worried about is like weight problems, would it be to heavy? I mean it's meant for AEGs I believe... RSP1
Well I've done that, and I like it...but I'm more worried about is like weight problems, would it be to heavy? I mean it's meant for AEGs I believe... If you are buying the US legal version without foam, no doubt YES, it will weigh a ton more than you want to stick on the end of your pistol because it'll be solid aluminum with about a 9-10mm hole for the BBs to go through. The weather report in your area will be sunny skies with zero chance of cycling. The European/Asian version with foam will be a lot lighter since it'll be largely hollow, but whether that's going to be light enough, I can't say. BADMONKEY
Yeah, I figured that, guess I'll just have to make a black one silver myself. Thanks for the info though

1st_shooter
thank you 'warlock'! Tm1911, PGC springfield custom. I love it. Before somone says it its the only silencer i have! need to a get a more apropiate light weight one. Although it will fire a good shots before it cant cycle any more with the silencer on. Romulus
That looks very nice. What outer barrel setup are you using for the suppressor. I actually like the look of the larger suppressor by the way.
RSP1
I agree, keep it right around that size, though maybe with a suppressor sold as 'ultra light' or something like that for minimal interference with cycling. Edited December 16, 2007 by RSP1
hkssr20det
I still just don't dig the American Legend grips, but that suppressor looks perfect. I know that the KM ones come in an Ultra Light model. I have a 195mm one showing up soon. Is that a Nine Ball outer barrel?

1st_shooter
yeah its the nineball one. I polished the black breach down so its now a nice silver which looks alot better. I also ment to say in my original post it cycles a good 8 shots before the silencer affects performance to much.
