its just that spending $175 on a dummy...

plus im buying ALOT of ###### right now, if i do buy it, it will have to wait. i could make an exception for a 4x though :D

Yeah, it's actually old scrim netting I found.

 

Everything on the helmet has a purpose.

Strobe for night games (and has a shock cord w/ cord lock inside helmet, can be popped off super fast)

Headset for comms

NVG mount plate for... my monocular (it's just a little unsturdy)

 

No froo-froo.

I've got IR and blue filters for it, used primarily for target identification (i.e. - pop it off, slap IR filter on, turn it on, chuck it at a building: 'Hit that one") or for locating (again, with IR filter on, and when the other team lacks NODs).

 

There are night games here locally every so often, I'll try to get some night photos at one to show off how it's all designed to go together.
