Titleist
He certainly has more helmets, but all I was saying is that all of mine (+ accessories) are real and the real MICHs do have a noticeable difference in build quality. This is coming from experience owning more than a few knock offs. I was just commenting that mine were all real, that is all. Â I've found the repros either have bad bolts, bad straps, wrong shapes, or too thin of shells. People can copy high end guns in all these details but can't get a helmet reproduced well and good. newhotness
Both 2000's [ACU and Single Norotros] and Missing 2002 are SDS, the 2000 [Velcro] and Half Painted plus the 2002 w/o bolts and 2001 are SWAT[Jap]. I just like variety. The ACU 2000, everything is Issue but the PVS and LED Light, thats about as nice as mine get.
slu
Can anyone give info on all the ###### that you guys put on the helmet? Â I understand the Cat Eyes/horizontal helmet straps, the velcro tape. But what, for instance, is that length-wise strap that runs along the top of your helmets? Wrench Bender
The one you are refering to is for the GI nvg mount plates. Instead of screwing the plate to the front of the helmet. It has a skiboot style tension device thingy.
newhotness
Makes it easier to move your NVG system from helmet to helmet. Have one, But I need to repair it. Â *Edit Third Grade Spelling* Edited October 5, 2008 by newhotness
Shriven
Where can I buy the Norotos plates... I want to actually get a Rhino arm, but IIRC, I need to have an adaptor plate don't I? Â
justin.kovacs
Repro Norotos mounts are available at Ebaybanned, Dragonred and UnCo. Â Real ones, look around ebay. They pop up from time to time. Â Most of the repros will come with the adapter plate for your standard swing arm. Â I just picked up two more REAL MSA TC-2000 and have a Single Hole Norotos plate on the way from my Ranger friend..... Â Good stuff.

Wrench Bender
That lid looks pretty nice man. Is that regular white/silver glint tape on the back? Sometimes my camera flash makes all tape ir and regular turn white.
steveo2006
Thanks Wrench Bender, the tape i have on it is hi-vis glow in the dark tape. You just give it a one minute blast with a flashlight and it`ll glow for hours.
Gasmlt
Hello Guys, Â Seeing all your helmets I have to modify mine as well ! From where to get the wide velcro, what width it should be and anyone knows a vender on e bay! Here in Malta we get only the narrow one!
julietcharlie
Hi Gasmlt,  I am using 2 inch wide velcro on mine. You can find many sellers in ebay selling them.  OT: BTW I think I played with you guys when I was in Malta about a year ago Say my regards to Rickie
Gasmlt
Hello, Â I have been airsoft from this Feb. I think it's the other group, what you use to stick the velcro to the helmet ? Â Thanks
Fatal
I don't think you have Walmart in Malta, but they sell a sticky backed version that is industrial strength one. Fabric stores also sell the stuff here is a link to one.  http://www.joann.com/joann/catalog.jsp?CAT...p;source=search
