greensta
Received the LPBP this week; But the mount itself is proving a toughie to get hold of. On the other side I'm running a Surefire Helmet light, Blue/white. Ops Core straps. G&P mount, Real Norotos arm. IR FLAGS are from 1800 nametapes (I think). Really comfortable now the straps have been swapped out, and the helmet sits over my Liberators beautifully. I put the LPBP on there for photo reasons, I run a MS2000 strobe normally. mysl1
Yeah I know Did you catch that from ebay? I saw two auctions in short time.. too bad I was broke at the moment
greensta
ok the story is as follows: I see an ANVIS mount on eBay and I thought that perhaps the seller maybe able to get the battery packs if he can get the mounts. It turns out to be a guy from the UK who was perhaps the most awesome man ever. He answered and told me that he can get me one; he had to wait a week, go shooting and find out from his friend. I paid him (my soul, oh god it hurt my wallet, its stopped talking to me). Finally after 2 weeks in the "post" AKA CUSTOMS I get it! YAY! ....still cant find the effing mount. The trouble (I'm sure Mysl1 you find it too), is that people wont sell outside the US!! D'oh

Delta_Knight
^^ Haha Thanks, basically just coated the MICH in a single coat of khaki krylon..... all the other marks are just general dirt that seems to have been rubbed onto it. The 14's/Arm/Norotos were all lightly dusted with Khaki Krylon, just being a bit heavier with the dusting in raised areas. Nothing high speed

SRadler
By far the most comfortable and secure helmet I have ever owned. [.imageshack.us/img46/9483/opscoresordin03.jpg"][/url] I'm also super impressed by the Sordins. Incredibly more clear and nicer than my Peltors. Such an awesome investment. Outstanding !!! That is just insane looking. Lucky guy you!

slu
While this may not be very accurate in terms of "spec ops," I would simply like to know if there is a helmet net for the MICH. For attaching foliage and such. uscmCorps: What model Sordin is that? How does it interface with your radio? Edited February 19, 2010 by slu
pforcerecon
The Sordin he has is a Supreme Pro, and from the looks of it its not the one he uses for Comms, but simply for hearing protection when shooting.

For attaching foliage and such. uscmCorps: What model Sordin is that? How does it interface with your radio? Only if you make one. The issue "net" for foilage and such would be the helmet cover which has button holes cut in it to stuff branches and such. And used along with the helmet band can hold a lot of leaves and grass and such.
