Technical specifications:

Mass without magazine: 4 578 g
Mass of magazine: 370 g
Length: 913 mm

Height with magazine: 285 mm
Width: 80 mm
Inner barrel (diameter): 6.08 mm
Inner Barrel (length): 460 mm (580 mm maximum)

Outer Barrel Thread: 14mm- (CCW)
Fire mode: Semi\Full auto
ROF: No data yet
FPS: No data yet
Magazine Capacity: 30 BBs

No chrono data yet, but it's working, shooting both: semi and auto. FPS and ROF will be probably the same as default WE L85A2 GBB, since inner barrel is the same and bolt and recoil springs aren't changed.

Still not happy about not working manual bolt lock (on right side). Need more data about how it's working. If your know about it, please let me know.

How compatible is the WE to the ICS? What parts needed modification?

There are pretty high % of compatibility between WE and ICS.

Your know, i think that WE L85A2 GBB is based on ICS L85A2 AEG.

Modification requied: ICS stock, WE lower receiver, ICS inner barrel, WE hop-up block (most complicated part). Also, need special custom made screw to connect trigger group and rear vertical grip and few spacers on ICS inner barrel. That's all.

It is possible to upgrade it with RA-Tech parts for WE L85A2 GBB.

P.S. I know only about few L86A2 GBB made. Two for sure in Japan, one my in Russia and one i founded today in China.

I'm personally interested in an L22a1, but only Ares made them and Ares don't make good guns.

Actually WE don't make good guns either but they charge half the price of Ares.

L22A1 isn't a problem. Man in china did two weapons: L86A2 and L85 AFV GBB.

Also, L85A2 Carbine isn't a problem.

The "L85a2 AFV" is the L22A1. There is a lot of confusion over why the 'a2' upgraded SA80 AFV is called the L22a1 and not the L22a2 so ares didn't bother and just called it the L85 AFV.

Typical of an airsoft company to mislabel a gun on the box, but it just serves to ADD to the confusion.

The mid length carbine never got past the prototype phase, and as such never got a name.
